Alza sells broken products

Alza sells broken products, the "Good as new" products are a scam.
This is the scenario, you buy something it's broken, you have two choices, return it or take warranty. Returning gives you the money back immediately so obviously you will choose that.

Now the problem comes when alza will not test the product and sell it to the next sucker, he will get a product that is broken and guess what he is going to do...

So, please, if you buy products from alza never buy used, they are just a spinning wheel of broken products being passed around until one person forgets to return it and takes the loss.

Awful worst service I have ever…

Awful worst service I have ever experienced fron any electronics Seller. New semi broken Monitor, send in for reclamation got it back even more broken (literally unusable) and they do not want to give out a refund. Never ever buy from this Shop!!!!

Watch out for Alza neo

Watch out for Alza neo, they changed their terms and don't tell you devices are now 3 years. By my calculation, you basically pay 90% of the device, and one you return it, they will look for the slightest thing. If its a tiny scratch, which after 3 years is 100% normal they charge you 10%, if you have a small chip, and by small I mean 5mm, they charge you 50%, and if the device is broken further it's 100%!!!

I regret using alza neo, and I am so nervous about having these devices, if you are thinking of using alza neo Don't. go to Nay.sk, and they often have 0% interest but with that, you pay the same or 15% higher give or take, and own the device after. Now I am trying to see how to return the device after 24 hours of having them.

fake website

i never used this website for shopping, someone stole my credit card information and used this site for transaction, despite informing within 2 hrs, i have not received refund even after 30 days. this seem to be fake website
Hi, I cant understand how this happened so quickly, on 15/06/22 transaction was made for around 1500+ EUR and amount was immediately taken from bank; and weight of shipment is just 0.36 KG, i dont even know what was ordered or content of shipment and within 3 days it has been delivered to collection point and not taken yet. status still shows its ready for collection; it will be much easier for you to get it back than person sitting thousands of miles away (United Arab Emirates). I will contact Czech police too but i will appreciate if you can expedite on your end.

Worst experience with Alza again

Worst experience with Alza again - again no order came - system told me it would be here had to wait 12 hours to realise it was not arriving - wrote Alza multiple times as I was unable to get English speaker on the phone - again the only solution was again to just cancel order - and wait for refund - this is now been almost a week for a simple delivery

countless bad experiences but the payment plans are the worst

I’ve had numerous bad experiences with this company not checking quality on the products they sell. E.g., they once sold me a screen protector that didn’t stick and another time they sold me a can of tennis balls that were deflated. No one found it weird at the company that one can was pressurized and the next not.
But my review is about the poor customer service and buying policies.

They company offers that you can rent some products with their “NEO” program and other products you can pay one third now and the rest in three months. Except the rules for using these programs is so onerous, I have actually never been able to use them. Worse, the staff doesn’t care or try to remedy the situation. As an investor, I’d be furious to know that my company was missing out on sales simply because they staff was to incompetent to fix problems. Use your feet and money to shop elsewhere, it’s too frustrating to use Alza. Also, their English skills are poor.

Terrible experience in CZ..

Terrible experience in CZ... I purchased a product "BOSE smart speaker 500" which was not working fine from day one. Despite of my many claims, still no resolution after 5 months, even with extended insurance for product defects. This company has a lot to improve: NO care for the customer, NO support to solve the issue, NO interest in selling good quality products. Ah.. not sure if Bianka "customer service" is a robot, but there is no assistance from her side.

Awful return policy

Sent a monitor back that clearly indicated a electronical fault (3 green beps) after paying for shipping to another country and ensuring the package was delivered safe I get this response

"We have settled your claim ASRE22149230.
Method of settlement: Rejected
More information: The device was assessed at a service center. During the testing, mechanical damage was found which is not compatible with the manufacturer's warranty conditions. The warranty claim was rejected. The device was sent back without repair."

This is a 1000 euros monitor too.

Inflating prices excl. VAT

If you compare the same product for two different countries, the price excl. VAT for one country can be as much as 76 EUR higher than for the other country. What is the logic behind that?

Avoid..

Two parcels dispatched for the same order. Package 1/2 arrived, package 2/2 never did. Package 2/2 was the large one, worth over €500.

Called the local company which delivered parcel 1/2 to me and they told me parcel 2/2 has never even entered my country. I tried contacting Alza about the issue and they replied by giving me a link for tracking which states it's been delivered although the HQ of my local courier says their system says otherwise and I clearly never picked it up.

Tried explaining the situation again to Alza: one parcel is MISSING. Now they ask for pictures of "damaged goods and parcel" so they can solve the issue. Nothing's been damaged, it's half of the order that never even arrived! Anyway, gave them pics.

Over 6 days passed and they're now silent about the issue. I ask them about the missing parcel and I receive a different answer every time. The problem is, their answers never solve the issue.

I will quote my delivery company: "the shipper from our system has been notified about this issue, but unfortunately we have no clear answer about the status of parcel 2/2." If even a professional delivery company cannot get clear answers from Alza, this is a big issue.

I feel scammed. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now all I have out of my order is a few dozen bucks worth of products with +€500 worth of items missing and nowhere to be found. Alza either doesn't want to help or something sketchy is going on .. I only wish I had seen their Trustpilot rating before ever placing an order from them.

Corsair products at Alza

I not just bought, but paid almost double price in Hungary for CC-9011210-WW case and CW-9060048-WW cooler at Alza.hu and now I cannot use them, because a $3 value part (CW-8960091) is missing and I cannot buy or order it.
Alza is already offering the latest LGA1700 motherboards as much as the latest Intel CPUs, so I don't understand why not offering this 'LGA1700 Retrofit Kit' (CW-8960091) product. Without this 'LGA1700 Retrofit Kit' the 'iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060048-WW)' cannot be used, which Alza is offering widely.

TERRIBLE AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible terrible AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I ordered a item for my sons Christmas, Customer service got in touch saying they had issues with delivery (I may have misread but I was sure it was a UK based company…..ITS NOT!!) I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. The item arrived a few weeks after I cancelled. I was provided with a return address. The item was returned recoded delivery and signed for accordingly.
I’m still waiting in a refund almost a month later…I’m constantly told I must wait until the item arrives at the warehouse before I get a refund, even though I have tracked the item and have proof it arrived 🤷‍♂️
UPDATE UPDATE…..nearly 8 weeks have now passed and I’m still waiting on my refund!!!
Save yourself the hassle folks and go elsewhere….shocking customer service.
FURTHER UPDATE…..after weeks of waiting for a refund, I raised it with PayPal who have now resolved the case and provided a refund!

Customer service

Very dissapointed about the customer service and delivery of the parcel. Ordered gooods in a value of over 600€. The delivery should take place in one week. After numerous mails, urgencies and the third week already passing still no feed back where the package is or if it will even be dispatched. After the first reply like "..... we apolgise for inconvenience...." and "....your goods are on the way, we will check with the forwarder....." the site remained compleately silenced.

Been shopping here for many years

I had a great time shopping with them for many years now! I ordered everything PC hardware related and some miscellaneous things on the side (I only wish that the VR headsets are a little cheaper ;) ). Shipping prices are very reasonable, ranging from 8€ for small shipments, to 30€ for bigger shipments. Almost always arrives on time, rarely comes a day or two late and customer support is always there if I have any issues with my order. Overall a 9/10 for me. <3

Never had any problems, only once I received a faulty device and was reimbursed very shortly.

Anyway, had a few changes on my latest order, sent few emails over the weekend and their customer service replied within hours on Saturday and Sunday.
