I didn't received my package yet. The courier arrived to my place and couldn't hand over the package as Alza didn't send me a code. I was on the line with the customer care and i reach a customer care operator and confirmed that the code wasn't sent, i was told that i will receive my package and the code the following day . Next day still i didn't received anything, I called again the customer care and i was told that they will accelerate the process, but still until now Monday, i din't receive anything!!! Bad, bad customer service :(

I ordered on sunday night and i received the parcel on friday. It was very quick. The product was new. I gave 4 **** because the box of my product was covered with a thin see through plastic. I sent an email and they answered quickly. Except the plastic covering
I advise this seller.

I had great contact with Ms. Bianka Broczká Senior customer care specialist. She explained everything to me about the issues of company registration and tax refunds even though it was weekend time. She wrote me three letters with detailed instructions and adapted the firm's policy to my needs. Excellent customer communication. Certainly for great praise!

I had to contact customer service and they were very quick to respond and very helpful while we were on weekends and, moreover, during the coronavirus epidemic that is currently plaguing the world. I have not yet received my order but nothing alarming. The customer service there is really good and fast !!

This was first time I bought from Alzashop. As a matter of fact, I havent even ever heard of this shop before. I saw a good price and then have pressed "Buy".
Item came within few days, well packed and with no problems what so ever.

For Alzashop 5*, but delivery was poor. They were late. Luckily, after contacting the seller I received my package.

I ordered a mobile phone and came with the open- broken security seal tape on mobile phone box!
So somebody has open the box and do something with phone. Why??? This is not right!!! Let me get you back?

Alza support is terrible, a mistake in taxation on the invoice and they don't care leaving the client to pick up the pieces and mistakes made on their website. Avoid unless you want major issues.

Holding Money Hostage
Didn't receive my order due to lazy delivery guy not bothering to even knock or call, but claimed two days in a row nobody was available to receive the package. Note: I was charged 26,50 Eur for delivery.

Cancelled order, never even saw or touched the ordered products, money being held hostage by Alza for inexplicable reasons.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I got exactly what I was looking for delivered to me quite fast. I highly recommend this online store.

I’m very disappointed by the package. The game which is a collector edition was just protected by a simple plastic film and the box arrived with all the corners damaged. This kind of package is not serious
