First positive experience with Alzashop

This was my first order from Alzashop. I have ordered petzl headlamp and it was well protected for shipment with fast delivery. Only 5 days for delivery to Croatia including weekend.

Cheap and arrived quickly

Was by far the cheapest price for a pair of Sony headphones. Concerned about buying from a non-UK store, but shipping was very quick (within a week) and it arrived brand new, in retail packaging.

One note though is that its a semi-professional operation. The box that it came in was a Lenovo box of some computer hardware - they were recycling packaging!

Slow and expensive delivery

£10 to ship a very small and light item that was supposed to be in stock and it took over a week to receive it! I will be sticking with Amazon from now on!

best price by many euros on West European level even including s&h (free otherwise at local Amazon for instance). Immediate order processing, fast shipping, precise delivery estimation, excellent carrier even for near-countryside France (call was made shortly before arrival).
