Issue
I have made an online purchase of the TV set from Alzashop.
After several months I started to experience the problem with the TV set. The nature of the problem was that the screen was showing the black spot/stripes or was going totally black. As soon as the TV set was still covered by the warranty I got in touch with Alzashop customer care team.
Alzashop arranged the courier and the TV set was collected. I put the TV set into the original box. Courier did not check the box inside; he just gave the receipt that TV was collected.
Several days after I was informed by email that my claim was rejected as the display of the TV was cracked.
I got in touch with the Alzashop customer care team stating that I have the pictures of the TV set done on the collection date showing the partially black but totally uncracked screen. I also made the picture of the uncracked screen on 09/11/2017, the day the TV set was collected. Those pictures show the screen was not cracked and that black stripes on the screen were obvious. I provided Alzashop customer care team with the pictures (timestamp was visible).
Alzashop customer care team informed me that I can either pay for the repair or collect it back cracked. I asked to send me the pictures of the cracked TV set, but did not receive any so far.

I should have received my monitor more than a week ago, but not yet received. Still waiting for my missorted monitor - information from Alzashop that they have put my request as priority, but i really would like to receive some answer from them. Thanks!

I pre-ordered a ps4 game several weeks in advance of its release date. So you would think you'd get the game on the release date. Oh no. I received the game 2 days after release. I am very disappointed with this company and with being charged £5.90 delivery charges .you'd expect on release date. I Shall not use this company again.
