I had a massage treatment with stine and it was a perfect experience. Thank you so much Stine.

I went there for a cleansing. It was great. However, after the session the woman sold me some creams (I felt a bit uncomfortable so I bought one). I tried the honey mask (lifting mask) at home and it burnt my face. Now I have a red face thanks to this 300dkk mask..:

I had a really poor experience with Amazing Space and their customer service. I had a gift card, which I received prior to Covid. Due to Covid and two consecutive challenging pregnancies I was not able to use it. I therefore contacted Amazing Space prior to the gift card elapsing asking for an extension, which I was granted. For my birthday I contacted Amazing Space to utilize the gift card. I booked a treatment and paid in advance the amount not covered by the gift card. After the treatment was done Amazing Space all of a sudden refuses to accept the gift card and claims that I should have understood that the extension was only available for 6 months (it was around 9 months when I used it). This was something which they never informed me about. Under such circumstances I would never have booked a treatment with them and they completely ruined my birthday to make it worse as they tried to shame me about it.

However - setting of pedicure was very uncomfortable (small stool in a bathroom) and laying down for the treatment was very uncomfortable/made it very difficult to relax.

Asked multiple times for the masseuse to use more pressure but she did not / could not, so it felt like a very expensive back rub with oil rather than the tension release / relaxation I hoped for

We had booked 2 facial treatments via telephone and transferred the full amount in advance (via mobile pay, incl specification of date and name to match booking, as instructed by the staff).

Upon arrival for our treatments, we are surprised as we are informed that there are no bookings in their system. I documented proof of payment and the staff confirmed that they had received the full amount and that a booking had been made in the system but that it had been removed some days after by a manager.

So no treatment, no alternatives on the day to mitigate the issue and we had no advance info about cancellation, and no apology following. Money was however transferred back.

Class example of how to loose clients and generate negative word of mouth.

My time at Amazing Space was absolutely amazing. Nikita in the reception was hands on if and when I needed help. Nadia was amazing and informative before, during and after my treatments.

I would therefore recommend Amazing Space to anyone that needs relaxation and tranquility.

Absolutely recommend after my 3rd spa visit. My treatments were so relaxing and I have come away invigorated and pampered. My therapist Carley was professional and informative of the Elemis treatments.

I had booked their Clean facial and was expecting a deep cleanse of the skin as the description said. Sadly it was a very shallow and quick cleanse mostly focused on "feel good" luxury, which was nice, but with no deep cleanse at all :-/
