Well when amazon.nl use Dropit Hideit Loseit for their (missed) deliveries (go look at their Trustpilot ratings wow) and they have no option to "Contact the seller" which is Amazon SARL, and they have ZERO options to say I did NOT receive my fu*king 2nd package in a week then THEY should not be allowed to trade and I'm going to make sure that EVERYONE and their fu*king brothers uncle knows it.

Slow refund process
Return a book on 11th April, tracking link shows that it was delivered on 12th April and still NO REFUND until now. Very slow return & refund process comparing with other shopping platforms. Once it has your money, it will try to keep the money as long as possible.
edit: I contacted the CS, they replied very quickly and helpful, money sent back to me within a day. CS of Amazon NL always replies the email fast.

Scammed & Censorship by Amazon NL
I got scammed and Censored by Amazon NL, Do NOT purchase from this one!!!
I Pre-Purchased a Box set for my Favorite series, One Piece and it was suposed to arrive in Januari 25th.
Amazon.nl Kept not sending the Package not giving ANY information about the box set and when it would arrive.
I occasionally asked questions about when It would come out but they would reject the questions and refuse to answer them since its public and for everyone to see.
Then I left a bad review trying to warn other people about what they are doing but this also swiftly got removed and censored by Amazon NL.
This behaviour has left me with an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. I always used Amazon DE in the past and I've been very pleased about their service. It's top notch compared to this poor excuse of a service that AmazonNL is giving us.
Do yourself a favor and skip the hassle, Do NOT use Amazon NL, they don't know what they are doing...
Closed Account for no reason
I have tried contacting someone from amazon.nl support to help me open my account that was closed for no reason but no one was able to help me.
I have consistently bought items from you, only returned 1 item since I opened my account. And the only email that I received was that it was closed based on something they can't even say what is.

VERY HIT-OR-MISS
The orders I've received have always come in great condition and came pretty quickly. One downside is that they treat a lot of their employees like garbage and give them too many things to deliver for one day. The people I know who work at Amazon say it's awful.

Amazon.NL customer service are alike and they are NOT customer centric.
So, if you have a concern and reach out to customer service for AMAZON.NETHERLANDS, the conversation that you go through are
*They = Amazon Customer Service
1) Let me help you, they DO NOT respond promptly.
2) You will not get a response.
3) You raise a concern on a product, and now
- Sorry, this is out of 30 day return period
- check with vendor
- Amazon policy has breached
- Amazon cannot help you
- Amazon can provide a customer care number, of course google can also provide. Jar heads
- Customer service do not make an attempt to understand the customer
- If they do not understand, they start orchestrated answers from Amazon.
- If they do understand, they still orchestrate answers from Amazon.
- customer explains the issue in detail, they disconnect ongoing session, you start all over again with a new service executive.

- customer is never the focus, it is money/business and the policy of focus for customer executive.

So, what is the benefit of Amazon customer service, just to have a friendly talk and nothing else.
Customer service is to ensure that customer is happy with their service(service being any request beyond Amazon). If he is not, Amazon customer service can be removed and Amazon can stop doing business.
Amazon.NL did shine when it started in India for first 2 years and after that diminished it glory, and soon can loose total glory.
Everything can end in a business, when it is not the center of the customer.

I realize Amazon has a bad image, but for me good prices, great support, correct refunding and fast delivery always have me returning to their shop.

I made an order on that website for the first time (order number 402-9842104-0819553). My order was sent as different 2 packages.
The "sending" was indeed very quick, 2 days after my payment, the first package was coming to me but I was not at home.
The delivery person marked it as delivered though I did not receive it. I made a complaint at Amazon and waited for their investigation.
The worst happened 2 days after that, when I almost received the second package.
The delivery guy rang at my door, I told him I was coming to him and when I reached the door (like 5 minutes maximum after, the time to get a coat and put a facemask) he was not there, no package, nothing!
I contacted Amazon.Nl again and expressed how shocked I was, this second package had also been marked as "delivered"!
Amazon.Nl said they would refund the whole order but they couldn't explain what had happened (did they give my packages to a neighbour, did they leave them outside? Has someone stolen them?) so since I cannot know if my neighbour(s) are thiefs or if their delivery guy is just the worst ever, I cannot go to the police for theft and I will never order them again.
The helping persons I contacted were very friendly and kind, and I have no doubt I will get my refund, but I will not risk to lose my money again.
If only Amazon.Nl would allow us to use "Relay/Post points" just like 99,99% of the internet sellers (BPost points, Library points, Mondial relay points, etc.), awful experiences like that, actual THEFTS, would NEVER happen.
Scammers and fraud - thats Amazon
Few days ago i did make order with number 405-3818452-5445152 for 4 bottles of Collageen, few days after i m getting ONLY 2 bottles of Collageen and 1 bottle of unknown pills, it cant be drugs, it can be any kind of forbidden substances. I contact the customer service, and i got email that dosnt solve my problem, they even didnt say sorry for making such a mess with my order and that they took STOLE my money for items they didnt send me. I contact also the seller, who was throwing the ball back to Amazon, and he is saying that Amazon has to solve the problem for me. Today 6 jan 2022 i had to call two times customer service - the first time a female did not like my temper and hang out the phone, because i did tell her that Amazon are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS AND FRAUDE in the world, but thats the truth, they are scammers and fraud. I m not surprised why Jeff Bezos became so rich for such a short time - especially when his company is STEALING money from there poor customers like me. I hope AMAZON gets to the court and gets bankrupted, because they create so many problems to the normal customers. I will never, ever use amazon again.
Small X-mas tree deformed as a boomerang....
Ordered a small Xmas tree at Amazon.nl. Delivery time longer than mentioned on the site.
Package in plastic but the 'tree' looked like a boomerang and the foot was broken. Returning is possible in the original, closed package. So, you can not return a broken foot and boomerang like little Christmas tree.

It is a big company and that shows. More often then not packages don't get delivered. Unfortunately Amazon itself can't do anything about it. Ever dumbs with the ability to use a computer can sell on Amazon. They should probably check up on that, because it's really messing up the system.

Amazon is very famous for its customer satisfaction but, Amazon.nl customer service is not like any other Amazon store.
If you have got a problem, it is not possible to sort it out. Very very unfriendly customer service.
Not up to dutch standards
Had to ask for free delivery when my order was above the required 20 euro's.
Communication about delivery of packages is not accurate. (Package not delivered when message says it was delivered.)
They use DHL instead of PostNL in the Netherlands. Driver came from wrong side in one-way-street, was rude when i mentioned it and cursed at me (in a foreign language) after i said i was issueing a complaint.
