I don't always support Amazon's head decisions but I've had little issues with any orders from the site, if I do it's often because they're 3rd party sellers.

My biggest gripes are that it can be hard to change phone numbers for verification reasons, I tried signing up to the mturk function of Amazon and wasn't able to complete the process despite having had changed my phone number because I couldn't access the one it was sending verification codes to (currently in need of repair)

Be mindful when shopping with 3rd party stores but Amazon has honestly been putting out some decent in house brand products. I love getting their Happy Belly sucralose when it's available at a price competitors can't really beat in bulk.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for…

I have been an Amazon Prime member for years and have spent thousands on their site.
I recently got a new phone and number. They had no problems when I bought things on their site this morning, but when I logged out and went to log back in they wanted to verify me by sending a text to my OLD phone number! I had changed my phone number on their site but because my old number was still listed as Primary, that's why they were sending the text to my old number. After I believe was the 4th call I got a link to my new phone number and was able to get into my account by phone only, but I can't on my computer. I got into my account on my phone, and completely removed my address and old number so that only the new number was listed on my account as primary and only phone number listed. They STILL wanted to send the text to my old number! I also spoke to 2 supervisors, one said she would call me back but never did. And for the 6th time I called and spoke to yet another supervisor. She said I had to answer 24 security questions! This never happened when I was ordering this morning. Questions like, for example, 'When did you start your account?" Who remembers that when you've been with them for years? So, I'm locked out of my account as a long-standing great customer. I can't get in to cancel my orders from this morning and even close my account after all these years.
Amazon has been going downhill for some time now. I have contacted an attorney at this point because I can't cancel my orders nor delete my account permanently. They are storing my credit cards info! Amazon in my opinion and experience is awful and I have a bad heart, if I have a heart attack over all this, well, you know!

It's all become garbage

It's all become garbage. I still order from Amazon but the quality has gone So far downhill over the last 5 years. It's basically become a better wish.com. They haven't had two day shipping for prime members in rural areas since the pandemic started and it's awful. I don't even know why I still pay for a membership. The only reason I signed up in the first place was because of two day shipping. The only thing Amazon still has going for it is there guarantee. When an item needs to be returned or shows up broken or breaks in under a week. Which happens very often.

I tried to reach out to the Amazon seller support, but I haven’t get any answers.
I canceled my seller account, and I’m still being charged since 2 months now. I need to be refunded if not I will sue you for fraud because once the account was canceled you no longer have the right to access my informations. Please let them know. I’m trying to go easy, but the customer service is very very poor which won’t leave me any other option. It’s unfair that big corporations that are not paying taxing are taking small businesses money like that. If the government can let Besos went to space without questions while his employees are not properly treated, me I’m not going play it.
I need to be refunded.

I would give them 5 starts but heard of terrible staff conditions. And then they go on TV thanking Amazon workers for their trip to space. Why not take a floor employee. As much as I enjoy Amazon I am a human and put human rights over profit

Attempt by Amazon to cheat by sending a cheap knock-off

Ordered a Thule Paramount Backpack 27l, Black on 15 July 2021 for $218.70
On 21 July 2021, received a brandless fake brown coloured bag.
Contacted Amazon customer service and their only answer is I have to arrange a return, and once the fake brown coloured bag has safely reached their warehouse, then they will refund me for their attempt to cheat me.
The WORST experience ever, especially coming from the brand that is supposedly the richest in the world.

World's biggest crook

I wish there were a 0 star or minus rating. I don't understand how, one of the biggest companies in the world, can be so sheisse!? In the past 2 weeks I got 2 supposedly "delivered" orders. I found out that the delivery people are now scanning packages as delivered even when they aren't just so they can meet their quotas. I contacted customer support and they just told me to wait 3 days. 3 days have passed still no package. Emailed them back, they said wait 2 more days. Package was never delivered and the refund process was a bloody nightmare. Now the exact same thing happened again today. So basically forget about the benefits of being a Prime member, it simple doesn't exist anymore. Customer support are all mindless robots working for the richest crook in the world. I am cancelling everything Amazon related.

Amazon and Whole Foods align themselves…

Amazon and Whole Foods align themselves with corporate greed. There has been a noticeable and steady decline over the past few years. Today, they told me they didn't mind losing me as a customer. I was responding to this offer - "FREE 2-hour delivery on orders over $35.00." After taking the time to shop (with each and every item offering this phantom 2-hour delivery), at checkout (with more than $35 in my cart), the best option I was given was more than 6 hours. Now, 6 hours is fine, unless you've offered 2 and that's when I need it. I could've gone to the store and been home in less time than this ordeal took. Customer service at amazon said there was nothing wrong since I was given the option not to buy after seeing that they wouldn't deliver any earlier. I asked if that's what they were offering and she said no, but you still had the option. I had her read her screen, and she agreed the language was misleading and SHOULD READ 2 hour WINDOW - which would have been fine - but that's not what it said and that is a completely different offer altogether. Amazon stuck to their guns that it's ok to offer one thing during the shopping experience and change it to whatever the hell they want at checkout.

Whole Foods, on the other hand, seemed disturbed and indicated they have had other complaints but said there was nothing they would do to make it right. Convenient strategy - bait people to invest time and money with no accountability whatsoever. Amazon told me they would talk to the web designers. I have a web designer and they'll put whatever I say on my website. It's not an offer from the web designer, it's an offer from the website owner. It's so ridiculous. Amazon was happy to cancel my prime membership and whole foods was happy to lose a good, loyal customer of nearly 20 years who pays ridiculous prices for tons of produce (that given this strategy may or may not be organic as advertised anyway). Once willing to bait and switch customers, there are really no ethics to follow in the organization.

F___ Amazon

F___ Amazon
F___ Amazon

Got 7 items from the Las Vegas warehouse that are sprayed with Febreeze, in two separate shipments, about 10 days apart. Not ok!

I don't appreciate having to deal with returning these. I talked to the customer service rep, from India, using 10 words where one will do. That rep's knowledge and comprehension were inadequate. She claimed no supervisor was available. Wouldn't stop pretending her involvement with the matter was helpful. It wasn't.

Beware the scam where they try to divert your refund to your "Amazon Account" if you aren't careful. Tales of the company store . . .

Aaaargh. I wish orders from Amazon weren't so effed up. What an incompetent company!!!

F____ them.
