I bought a hoodie from Amazon.us

I bought a hoodie from Amazon.us. Shipped to Germany, It arrived 7 days early! I paid too much customs taxes, upon payment of the hoodie, and got a refund 3 days later.

Also bought from Amazon Germany and UK, and have never had any problems.

Epic Fail!!…

So lately it seems as though Amazon doesn’t care even a bit about their Prime members. I recently ordered a gift as a surprise for my niece’s Birthday on 4/18 to be delivered on her Birthday 4/21, and guess what I just found out today on 4/20, it’s not available and she won’t be getting it! And did I found this out via a heads up email from Amazon? Nope I found out because I was checking my bank account looking for something else and saw a credit from Amazon for my purchase. So I called immediately after I saw the credit and that’s how I found out! And of course they have no clue why I wasn’t notified nor a way to get her another gift basket by tomorrow, how about something after her birthday was suggested, really!! So I’ll be canceling my membership as I only have it to send family gifts out state and since this epic fail what’s the point.

Be Wary of Amazon Reviews

It has now become abundantly clear that reviews on Amazon are not truthful nor are they accurate. I just had a review rejected for the 5th time in total on different items! The review was courteous, didn't use foul language, or any other maligned personal statement. I had purchased a 3ilb. bag of Bobba for cooking for my wife, the package arrived with the vacuum seal not intact and there was moisture present. I wrote a review to warn others that this particular vendor has problems with this(there were other reviews stating the exact same issue). I informed others do not buy from this vendor(a Chinese vendor from China). Amazon didn't like the fact I said to read the reviews and do not buy from this vendor because of their failure to monitor their product before shipping! Amazon has deleted the review and informed me I broke community guidelines! I highly doubt it...

I had buy a display card on amazon and…

I had buy a display card on amazon and it has valid warranty. But I sent a email to gigabyte and got no response. And then ask amazon for helping, they said they can not contact the manufacturer because the security issue. and told me they just garrentee the product 30 days only. So that my valid warranty product can not repair now.

Fast shipping if you have Prime,

Fast shipping if you have Prime, huge percentage of goods comes from China.
Really dropped the ball during covid when our family needed the products most. Buy local and help your neighbors.

I bought a hair product from a 3rd…

I bought a hair product from a 3rd party seller ORCHIDVAVOOM not realizing I was not buying from Amazon who kept e-mailing me my debit card was no good and about a week later they said they cancelled so I purchased the product in my home town. The product finally came and I WAS billed from ORCHID. I no longer needed and tried communicating with both and they were ignorant, would not get back to me and when ORCHID did, the seller was very rude, refused to take the product back and i would not have purchased had I realized I would have to deal with a 3rd party sellers as I had trouble with 2 prior to this = JUST STAY AWAY FROM BOTH SELLER AS I DO NOT NEED 2 !!!!

They profit from slave labor

They profit from slave labor. They break up all attempts to unionize. They censor arbitrarily, so you can't even buy Dr. Seuss.

Can you go one month without them? Left, Right, Middle in politics, up or down economically, lets all give Amazon the finger for one month. If for no other reason to support small business who can't spend 16 million lobbying politicians like Bezos did. Please go to Change dot org and sign the petition under cancel amazon. Again that is change . org / cancel amazon.

I used Amazon for nearly 20 years

I used Amazon for nearly 20 years, mostly without a hiccup, to the tune of $6000 in sales over that period of time. I left one or two negative feedback comments a short time ago, warning other customers about fake and/or gray-market watches being sold by shady outfits using the Amazon platform. I was contacted by Amazon a few months later and told that I would no longer be able to post comments seen by other shoppers, basically telling me that fraudulent merchandise fulfilled by Amazon was not their problem. I have now started sourcing my online needs at reputable companies that seem to understand the importance of integrity, honesty, and (if nothing else) shareholder value. Why should I hold stock in a company that treats their customers this way? Goodbye, Amazon.

I received a fake product which is…

I received a fake product which is fulfilled by amazon. Contacted customer service and they couldn't care less. The person had an attitude and suggested that I contact the manufacturer. Excuse me??? The product is fake meaning that it didn't come from the real manufacturer. Also two out of ten of my recent orders got lost and the driver simply put "delivered" under tracking. Amazon basically told me good luck go talk to the delivery person. I've been with them for decades and apparently they don't give a *** about their customers now. Leaving

I emailed Jeff Bezos

I had to email Jeff Bezos yesterday (his email address was posted in the public) after I spent past two days called, emailed and chatted with 10 customer service agents without any help for my simple return issue (not first time happened). None of them either read nor helped or were willing to follow up. They either disappeared from chat after waiting 20 minutes each time, mislead by sending incorrect information, or never answered my question at all but instead kicked me around with an endless cycle of emails. Later, I contacted seller who was quickly refunded me and much easier to worked with.

This morning I received an email from an Amazon agent named Spencer who said he's responding on Jeff Bezos's behalf. It's just like a joke again, his email just proved he didn’t read the whole email I sent to Jeff Bezos either. He talked about the issue I did not ask and wrote false information said Amazon CS refunded me. He said they strive to provide a world-class customer experience from start to finish. What a joke! The truth is Amazon paid a bunch of 3rd world country's customer service agents who can not simply read or just treat customer like trash and can not fix a thing. eBay is 10 times better!
