Dishonesty and utter incompetence
Dishonesty and utter incompetence. I order an item because it's what i need AND it clearly states order in the NEXT HOUR and get it tomorrow free. So i did. As soon as i hit order, the arrival date jumps to the day after. I spend almost an hour chatting with a customer service mokney who was trying to tell me i didn't make the cut off time. When I called her out on that false narritive, then she tells me the item is not available near by. I called her out on that and cancelled my order. This company deliberately lies to their customers.

First off I could not add the company that makes this b/c..they're not a US company but seeing as Amazon handles their business that'll have to do. Now with that out of the way here u r.
Title:This flosser works pretty well as a no waste option though I wish u could buy without the dental floss spools.
As said the only real problem I have with this product is that u can't buy it without dental floss..I very honestly like using my own..and u only really need a few spools to put ur own dental floss on..also a sewing machine so u can load up said spool faster. ^_~ I know this sounds silly but I just like not wasting and using my own dental floss..the taste of the provided dental floss is not bad but I just don't like it that much b/c it's a little on the thine side even for my barely spaced out teeth. ^_^'
Also I like to use this as I would my old flosser the Toothbat which was a very nice one with a smaller head that worked very well seeing as my mouth is kind of on the small side..I mean I could have just used the Listerine ultraclean access flosser but seeing as there is a LOT of plastic waste I originally opted for the Toothbat flosser..but they don't seem to make them anymore and the one I had broke so here we r lol. ^_^'
As for the handle it's pretty easy to load no matter if ur loading it up with the spool or just making a loop with some floss that u've tied off at the end and put in the twisty part that would hold the floss in place it should work. ^_^ Plus te handle seems durable so far but it does bend a little but it's really not much so no problem.
All in all if I could buy this without the floss it'd be a 5 start product.

It would be so helpful if Amazon hasn't outsourced its customer service to the Phillipines.. if not, maybe hire people who can speak English... The woman I spoke with was incompetent to the point in which I got no help and hung up on her.

Amazon has the best customer service! I order from them monthly multiple times. Let’s be honest, the more you order from a company your odds will go up that you’ll experience a bad buy or mishaps happen. Amazon has fixed “everything” and made every order a happy one!!
Example: One of my orders came covered in honey because the 1/2 gallon leaked due to the lid not being secured correctly. I called and explained what I found inside the box when I opened it up. The box outside also had honey saturated cardboard....then I sent pictures of the mess. Amazon was amazing about it, they resent my “entire” order at no cost to me and I got it in two days! If you’re having a problem with Amazon orders maybe rethink how you are treating their customer service because your attitude might be the problem. Be nice because they actually care about your satisfaction! I love Amazon shopping and I have a lot of respect for their superb customer service
Missing Package
On May 8, 2021 I had placed an order for Kimera Koffee Original Blend - Organic Ground Coffee Infused with Essential Brain Vitamins (12oz), Rich, Organic Coffee Beans with Cognitive Enhancers to Boost Energy Levels, Brain Function, Memory, Focus, and Athletic Performance on amazon.com which costed total $21.95. The ORDER # 111-5969958-1145868 and Tracking ID: TBA055404891404
On May 10 the order was confirmed to have been delivered by amazon. However upon inspection of my packages I noticed that my order had never arrived.
Around that time I immediately contacted amazon on regards to this issue further inform them that my order never arrived. Amazon stated me wait 48 hours until Tuesday May 11 2021 see whether the item had arrived or not.
On Tuesday May 10 I again contacted amazon inform them that my item never arrived and that I am would like request a refund. Amazon denied my request and stated for me wait again another 48 hours until my package arrives.
The package was reported missing and or not delivered. Since then amazon never conducted investigation on regards to this issue and stated that they are not held liable for missing and or non-delivered orders.
If I don’t receive compensation for this loss I will further escalate this issue within arbitration court for breach of contract.

The only complaint we have about Amazon is that they don't do due diligence on lesser-known brands. In some product categories (for example, batteries), they carry inferior products, even knock-offs. That is why we downgraded Amazon to 4-stars.
Problems are avoided now by either not buying such products or doing a lot of research on products before buying at Amazon.
B&H is our best alternative to Amazon for electronics/computers/and similar items. We check there and then buy B&H or Amazon based on the bottom line cost (including tax and shipping). B&H only carries quality products.

I LOVE Amazon and do most of our shopping online through Amazon. I've shopped with Amazon since 2001! We get clothing, personal care items, snacks, gifts, bedding, organization supplies, gift bags, gift wrap, art supplies, office supplies, art materials, and everything else.
I make jewelry, and order most of my jewelry making supplies through Amazon. They have everything I need Including very high quality supplies, like gemstones, Swarovski crystals, jewelry making tools, and sterling silver findings.
After a HORRIBLE experience recently with Etsy, where I ordered gemstones from a seller in India, I'll never shop with Etsy again. This NEVER would've happened with Amazon! They've always resolved any issues very quickly and always to my satisfaction.
I never received my gemstones and Etsy refused to help me. They didn't even require the seller to track my pkg! And they were fine with my loss of over $100! Then Etsy gave the seller my email and they harrassed me, demanding a 5 star review!
If it hadn't been for PayPal I would've been out over $100.
I rely on Amazon and they've never let me down. For people who complain about Amazon, chances are they're the ones leaving complaints in their reviews instead of going through Amazon Customer Service. They expect Amazon to find their complaints in their reviews. It doesn't work that way with any company! Instead they need to go directly to AMAZON customer service and I guarantee, if there's a legitimate complaint, it will be resolved!
Amazon is my go to shopping place! We also have Prime, which means we generally get our merchandise within two days, we also get Prime TV and movies, a free book every month, and all kinds of other perks!

I bought two rams. the products were not delivered to me by mischief. It's a lousy service. When I call customer service, he says it's a covid precaution.
Purchased a DJI mini 2 drone
Purchased a DJI mini 2 drone. Loved the drone for what it can do and the price point. But unfortunately it just wasn’t a good enough camera for my purposes. Decided to return that drone and with the money spent, upgrade to the next level up drone.
After having for less than 48 hours I sent the drone back. I show the received the drone 8 days ago. I contacted customer service since the Amazon site still shows they haven’t received it. I’m told yes the did receive it 8 days ago however refunds take 14 days, sometimes longer. I had never heard of any such thing in fact I’m looking at my order now and it specifically says “we will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving your order”
Within 7 days means could be 1 day, could be 7 days. Does not mean 14 days.
While waiting for this transaction I have had a few emergency’s pop up that will prevent me from getting a drone at all and now unfortunately I’m dependent on the return of my money which they have so lackadaisical held onto.
Up to 7 days means exactly that. Amazon is too big to really care, but the main reason I use them is I can buy worry free and know my refund is easy and quick. They have removed that benefit and therefore will have no issue shopping local and using someone else when I can

Amazon Amazon Amazon. You delivered in 2 days, the box wasn't damaged and the delivery person dropped my package off where I wanted it. You even took a picture of the box sitting on the stairs perfect experience.
My problem is that you sold me my item really cheap! A week later I get an email " your package is on its way!" I did not order a second package of the exact same item. You gave me the option to return it.. A round bottle with a square return label. I ignored it and kept it. A couple of weeks after that I get by usps a request for twice what I paid for it and if I failed to return it you would charge me a $49.00 late fee. Again, twice the price i paid for it. I wrote them a check because I didn't want to pay the Horrendous late fee.
The odd bill was from Synchrony/Amazon. Synchrony is one of the biggest credit card company. They take Care of Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Sony..and 50 more including PayPal and eBay. I was amazed but I sent them a check to cover the balance. I never got an acknowledgement that they received my check. I went to close my Amazon account but I had to buy a book, namely, kindle, for how to cancel. You Had to watch a film! You cancel with Synchrony or chase if you don't have prime. Not Amazon. Very complex. They had sent me a $300.00 store card wich I never ordered. Thank God I didn't use Prime. They took the money off the store card instead of .my legitimate bank Card. I locked my bank card and ordered a new one with a different number. I informed my bank because I didn't want Amazon to have that number too but they also can't use the check i paid with again without my signature otherwise its fraud. I was about to purchase a tablet from them but I didn't know wich card they would use. That spooked me and I swore to never use them again. Both cards are cut up. They were great until they forced a credit card down my throat. I was angry with them for doing that. No more online purchases since they are al related to Synchrony. Buy in person using a bank card from now on. Too bad, I enjoyed our relationship. My bankcard is very safe. The credit card they sent me had a choice. Keep it as just a credit card or check off the tiny box underneath it and it becomes a prime account, which I didn't want because I barely use Amazon and didn't want to get stiffed with the prime account "user fee" at the end of the year. Be careful if you don't want prime. Hard to cancel. BTW I got an acknowledgement email that Synchrony received my check.
Occasionally delivers your package to the next door neighbor
Amazon is great. Decent prices, huge convenience, fast delivery. Other than the fact that it occasionally delivers your package to the wrong house. Other than that Amazon is pretty good to use. They also did refund me the money so that's good. Also free movies and TV shows with prime is a nice benefit.
