I cannot recommend Amber Homes enough. We've used them to help us search for our first buy to let and they were super helpful and have given us so much advice and support. The team are really efficient, reply to emails/ texts immediately and have kept us informed every step of the way. Dan was excellent in helping us search for a property and was even happy to offer rental valuations on properties not sold by themselves with no obligation or pressure to go back to them to rent. He also spent time on the phone advising us of the best areas to buy and gave us great advice. Sarah has been excellent helping us to move the purchase on quickly and has been on hand every step of the way. Thanks so much to you all. We will be back to you to advertise our first rental!

Fab service, very professional and lovely friendly staff, they made selling our home really easy, the property sold straight away and the process was straightforward, they were very good at keeping us updated!

Communication was clear and effective when required. ASAP, their support mechanism for reviewing any problems in the process, was also efficient.

We are only a month or so into our relationship with Amber Homes but we can say that as 'newbies' to property renting, we were a bit wary as to whom to trust with the management of our investment. We also live a fair distance away so trust was also an important factor for us.

After a lot of research, we decided to go with Amber Homes based on other very good reviews and also the fact that they are a local, family run business. We did have the option to go with a slightly cheaper, nationwide firm, but felt that a local family run business would be more likely to provide a reliable and attentive service.

Our assumptions thus far have been correct and Amber Homes have been excellent. They have dealt with everything and very quickly and efficiently too. They also pay great attention to detail, which we like.

Dan, Jak and Nadine have all been very attentive and we would highly recommend Amber Homes to anyone who is currently sitting on the fence!

I can't rate Amber homes highly enough. My family home was flooded so we needed to be placed in a rental while the repair works happen. After weeks of being moved through temporary housing and feeling unsettled we found a rental through Amber homes.
All the staff were incredibly understanding of our circumstance and worked above and beyond to turn things around for us in a matter of days. They pushed for gas certificates and inventories to be completed as quickly as possible and waited for us past opening times on a Saturday to collect the keys.
The out of hours text support service is second to none also. We ran out of electricity on our first Saturday night in the property and being new to prepayment meters we weren't sure how to rectify this. A staff member was texting me back at 5am ensuring we could get emergency access to power.
I can not recommend Amber homes highly enough. They provided stability for my family before Christmas and went above and beyond to help us as a team.

Thank you to Sarah and the sales progression team for sorting our property sale in such a swift and professional manner. Both sides were kept well informed, staff are very friendly and give reliable advice. Would use again without hesitation.

The service was exceptional as phones were answered by human beings quickly and effectively The staff were friendly and professional even when I was a bit grumpy. Their progress system ASAP smoothed the way to a successful sale. Fees were as quoted - good service at a good price without any extras or upselling.
