I was considering selling my home for a while and I had a couple of different agents out to value it, the first agent gave a lower valuation than I expected but said he would try and sell it for what I suggested “if I wanted to give it a try”. Matt from Amber Homes came and valued the house at what I thought was a fair price based on what the house had to offer. The house sold a week later for the full asking price.
I wouldn’t say the selling process itself was stress free as selling a house is always stressful however this is not a reflection on Amber Homes.
Lucie and the guys there are always proactive and professional in their approach. I never had to chase anything or request updates. They were already doing everything necessary before I needed to ask.
I must say, having dealt with a different larger scale agent on the house I went on to purchase, the difference in how they both worked was very apparent.
I would definitely recommend Amber Homes and would definitely use them again in the future.

Amber Homes sold our property and process could not have been smoother from start to finish. And always on the end of the phone, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Evertime we look to sell a property there is nowhere else we will go and my friends and family are jumping on it too from our great service.

I have just completed both the sale of my house and moving in to a rental property with the help of Amber Homes. The team have tirelessley chased up all parties and and managed to get everything completed in time for Christmas. Including the organisation of some work and decorating on my rented house within a day or two of it being agreed!
