It’s Impossible to talk to a human on the phone because they’re not contactable by phone , they don’t respond to their chat or email ! I bought 3 heaters and 1 dosnt work at all and the other 2 are faulty!! Total waste of money ! Weeks later still nobody been in touch , of course people will leave positive feedbacks if there items are not faulty but if your item is faulty you appear to be stuck with it , please buy from a reputable company with a help/support contact number

Superb customer service. Despite delay in fulfilling order they responded immediately and organised another unit be dispatched via alternative courier. The tower fan heater not only looks very impressive but actually does what the description said. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys for other requirements when I need them. Very impressed with company and service.

The initial experience was superb .Then the problem arose with the delivery.both your company and Emri blamed each other NO FIRE delivered after several e.mails to each company which I should never had to do as a customer your staff finally sorted it out and I got the fire
I am a little concerned with the smell but the co.pany assured me that it would disappear.

After contacting ambient air I was told that the items bought had no remotes . Was told that I would be credited in full within 5 to 7 days . It never happened. I even ordered another heater from you . I am still awaiting for my credit.

The style of this heater and the heat that it omits is 100% I love that it has a remote control & oscillates distributing the heat throughout the room extremely happy with my purchase & would highly recommend 10 out of 10 for me .

A lifesaver during these times. It takes seconds to start up and it’s so lightweight. Easily saved the cost of product and more in the first month. Highly recommend to anyone, it’s a no brainer.

I bought a Slim Ceramic Heater. The remote control stopped working after i minute, and the temperature reading was about 3 degrees too high. This meant that it started to output cold air while the room was still cold. However, the company were very good, returned my money without question and saved me having to pack it up to return it.

Looking for an A/C unit for a while, a friend recommended thus unit and it has lived up to their praise. Very good unit for money and has saved me in a small box room over this ridiculously hot UK summer, the heater setting is a bonus as that can help in winter too. Excellent customer service also as my query was answered quickly and positively. Would recommend.

Ordered an air conditioning unit and their unit arrived as expected. There is a part that enables the exhaust hose to connect to the window and this was damaged (and identified to the delivery driver that it was damaged as it fell out of the box).

The rest of the unit works without an issue.

Some initial correspondence with the company to replace this part has now dried up and no solution or replacement part (or offer to replace part).

It’s a shame as the main body of the unit works as expected, just poor poor customer service and after sales.

No issues at all with purchase and swift delivery. Unit is effective, quite noisy but in a white noise kinda way, so not too bad for the insomniac as it drowns out other small noises I'd otherwise hear. My only issue is it makes a bit of a squeaky noise when the Aircon bit first kicks in. It only does it at the beginning, not sure if this is normal? But otherwise great!

Prompt delivery and air con unit worked very well

Under no circumstances use this company. Their customer service is awful and it’s impossible to get hold of someone. We bought a unit and dpd failed to deliver it and we never got a refund.

Ordered Friday for a next day delivery under Prime membership. Was given a DHL tracking number which didn’t actually exist. It eventually turned up on Tuesday afternoon with DPD. No apology or explanation whatsoever. Having said that, the unit is ok but don’t expect to watch the tv in the same room, it’s a tad noisy but efficient in cooling the room.

Update….this review was actually a test to see if they know who they are sending what…epic fail I’m afraid as I never actually received the unit and was given a refund. Changed to three stars as one star was a bit harsh.
