Item still not sent and just given ongoing excuses with no dispatch date.
Update July 22.
The company tried to get this review removed as not genuine. Sadly for them it was a genuine order with poor service and communication.

Ordered myself a 1.5kw panel heater for my outside office, came within the timescales given when ordering. Office is now warm in the winter months. Price was fantastic too! Would highly recommend
