Very slow arrival of earrings. While they are quite nice and look vaguely like the pictures, they are cheap and look like something you might get for a fiver elsewhere. I can't be bothered to return t... See more

Despite all the bad reviews i have read…
Despite all the bad reviews i have read , i did receive my 3 pair of earrings today . I was very happy with them and looked exactly like the photos shown on their website . They are definitely not cheap and nasty as some reviews say In fact they are nicely made and very cute and i think in the right price range for what they are. Obviously they are not precious metal but more pretty jewellery. I will definitely buy some more at some point. The only downside was they took far too long to dispatch them . If you are looking for something different then buy these pretty earrings
Don’t buy from this website
Don’t buy from this site as it is impossible to return anything and they are very unhelpful. Also jewelry is not as it looks in the photos.
This is a scam site
This is a scam site! They took the money from my account. After receiving 2 emails to confirm the order, these emails have now completely disappeared! Money’s been deducted though. DO NOT USE!!!!
Avoid this seller
Should be zero stars !!!The items are hand made as advertised The business is NOT a small, family-run UK workshop as claimed, but is actually in China. I did not receive a refund. Avoid this seller!!!
Earings
I bought a pair of earrings that took 2 weeks to arrive and after 2 weeks had tarnished and made my ears black. Asked for a refund but was offered a 30% discount on another product.
Dont purchase because the product is substandard. If you return goods its at your expense and I'm not convinced I would get my money back.
It’s a scam
I should have known better! Bought some star earrings for my granddaughter before I read the reviews.
Cheap nasty jewellery should have been £40.00 but selling for £21.95 not worth anything to that amount, fit for the bin which is where they are going. Should not be allowed to trade stating they are mother and child business, more likely Chinese scam business. Be aware not to buy from these people.
Awful plastic rubbish, scammers
Scammers. Avoid avoid avoid. Amelia and Arthur produces awful cheap plastic and paste. Looks nothing like the photos. Dreadful people to deal with when requesting a refund. I eventually got 35% out of them as I didn’t want to spend huge amounts of money shipping to China.
I wish I had read these awful reviews first
I wish I had read these awful reviews first. This site is led by a picture of an attractive so called Amelia with her cute so called son Arthur and we are led to believe the jewellery is made by hand from top quality materials and shipped in England. But when it arrives and is not acceptable we find to return it we have to pay an exorbitant postal charge to China so is it worth it?? So my advice is not to use this company it is not what it seems and is a sham.
STOP! this is a scam from China
This is a scam from China. They are only getting 1 star from reviewers because Trust Pilot doesn't let you give zero.
There is no Amelia or Arthur, they are AI generated in a way that gains sympathy from those looking to support a small family business. My ear rings took a long time to come and were like something out of a cheap Christmas cracker, mass produced rubbish. The photos are not an honest representation at all. Like other reviewers, when asking about returns I received endless polite emails presenting obstacles and offering discounts. The UK address they were delivered from is of no use. I was eventually offered 3O% refund in 'up to 10 days' today is day 10 and ...surprise surprise no refund. Scammed out of £40 and hours spent chasing it.
complete scam
complete scam! Do not use them. 3 pairs of earings all arrived damaged, tried to return them they offered me 20% discount on future orders, then when I said no offered me 30% discount on future orders. I insisted on returning them, there was an address in the UK but they insisted I send back to CHINA at my cost. Took to Post Office, cost was £25 to return PO informed me they could not guarantee it being delivered safely in China, order was £40.00 so I decided to just bin the jewellery and NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN! please do not be conned like I was.
Poor quality goods from a sham business
The products are poor quality. The company is clearly based in the far east, not the uk. Returns are not accepted: they merely send polite emails with an endless stream of irrelevant questions to avoid actually paying any refund.
Do not buy these products
Do not buy these products. Very poor quality, earrings broke when putting them in for the first time. Total waste of money
Good customer service and friendly communications
I found one of the earings had broken when I unpacked them so I sent a picture with a request to send a replacement and I had a prompt, very polite reply and a replacement pair of earings sent right away. My only criticism is that the deliveries are slow. Quality could be better but for the price wasn't bad at all.....you are not paying for gold so....
Misleading website; products are low quality
The goods did arrive as promised, but they don't match the pictures. The workmanship is low quality, and the jewellery is NOT handmade.
The significant mark-down on prices they're showing is probably just a sham. Even at the marked-down prices I've definitely paid more than what these items would sell for.
I had noticed that the image of mother and son on the website looked like it was touched-up, but didn't think much of it. Now I know better.
I’d give this seller zero stars if I…
I’d give this seller zero stars if I could. The items are "not vintage" as advertised but cheap, mass-produced tat. The business is NOT a small, family-run UK workshop as claimed, but is actually based in China. Getting a refund is impossible. Avoid this seller; the listings are completely misleading.

Please do not be fooled by the name of this company.
They sell cheap tat - I bought two pairs of earrings.
One of them completely oxidised within a day on trying to return them I found they were in China
The website is not what it projects
The website is not what it projects, received the item, they probably got it from Temu or Shein, very cheap looking and not well made. Avoid it, I wished I had read the reviews.
Very disappointing product, don’t get taken in
Very disappointing product, cheap materials and construction, differed from images and descriptions, definitely not ‘vintage’, The products are overpriced, shown as heavily discounted to give the impression of a great deal, as is the incessant ‘Sale’ and ‘last few in stock’ messaging; the website only shows reviews of 4 and 5 stars (which is disclosed in the small print) and the brand cleverly designed to mislead, giving a sense of trustworthiness. ‘Amelia and Arthur’ as portrayed in the image as super-nice people (mother and her sweet boy!) who champion kindness to all - I strongly suspect everything is entirely AI generated and therefore wholly fake.
