Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 119 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, describing them as cheap plastic, fake, and nothing like the advertised images. Customers frequently reported poor quality, with items arriving broken, deformed, or made from cheap materials that did not match the website's descriptions. The website itself was often found to be misleading, showcasing products that differed significantly from what was received, and some reviewers suspected the company was not based in the UK as claimed. Reviewers also faced significant issues with orders, including long delivery times, incorrect items, and a lack of confirmation emails. Many struggled to obtain refunds, with the company often refusing or making the process difficult, despite advertised guarantees. However, some people were satisfied with their purchases, finding the jewelry beautiful and well-made, and receiving prompt refunds when requested.

Bought $70 of jewelry on their closing…

Bought $70 of jewelry on their closing out sale. Like, others, what I received on was not what I received on 7/27/25. I wrote them several times. Got ridiculous offers. I fought! Fortunately, I bought them with PayPal and disputed the purchase. I had all my documentation including photos. "Amelia" never responded to PayPal and PP refunded my money. I hate being scammed. I was expecting much when I made my purchase but I never expected this was a total scam.

I bought a necklace from the website

I bought a necklace from the website. It is cheap plastic and probably cost a few cents to make. I don't believe there is any real metal, it looks like colored plastic. Nothing but a piece of crap.

Don't provide what you pay for and expect you to pay to return items while providing no support!

I purchased a number of items during their massive sale. I received my order - shipped from Hong Kong - and several items were incorrect. I immediately contacted them and they kept talking about a refund (which I never requested) and informed me that first I'd have to return the order at my own expense. No mention of sending the items I actually ordered. I'm fairly certain their customer service is AI. After emailing multiple times I contacted my credit card company for advice. I emailed once more requesting contact from a manager and noted that my credit card company recommended that I dispute the amount charged for the incorrect items and that they would need to pay for returning the items I did not order. The credit card company told me to give them a week to contact me and address the actual issues. No response. If you buy from them know that you may not get what you ordered and that they offer no assistance with the problem. In fact they may never acknowledge the actual reason you contacted them. The credit card company did tell me that the company most likely used AI for customer support. The jewelry that I ordered and received was generally fine, though I question if each piece is actually hand crafted etc. I definitely did not receive several items I did order and what I received was not anything I would order. Overall I cannot recommend purchasing from this company!

It took weeks for the ring and when it came in it was a completely different ring AND the wrong size. I immediately emailed them and got an automated response that it was being looked into. I literally waited a month for a response and re-emailed them again. They said I'd have to pay to have the wrong item shipped back OR I could have 10 percent off another item. They couldn't get it right the 1st time, why on earth would I give them more money to screw up a 2nd time. Horrible experience. Wouldn't buy from them and letting anyone I know, they're horrible to work with. You won't get what you ordered, and will have to pay for their screw up. P.s. the ring I did receive is cheaply made and I would never buy something that fake ever

THis is actually CRAP from CHINA

This is a scam: AI generated story that presents the jewelry from cming from an artisan-shop from lady (white middle aged figure) with a whole back story; THis is actually industrial CRAP from CHINA. It only shows once the order is placed that it ships from Hong-Kong. Very poor quality (light metal, even plastic), not at all represented by the pictures on the site or made form silver; almost impossible to return eventhough the site mentions 'free retuens'(since mailed from China). You get automated messages that never go anywhere (with a name/address in spanish?...)
I would not pay more than $5 on a flea market for what I received. Potentially toxic metal as well.
I filed a fraud case with the cc used for the purchase and they did refund.

My earrings were beautiful

My earrings (4 pairs) were all beautiful, well made and as described. They arrived quickly, beautifully boxed. Great customer service too. I was anxious after reading reviews. I think they must have been hacked/cloned because I definitely did not experience a scam.

Fake images and misleading website

I have given one star only because they don’t let me give zero. The jewelry pictures on their website look nothing like the pieces I received that were cheap plastic. And on top of that, their customer care is a disaster. They expect me to pay for return shipping and customs taxes which was not what their FAQs on returns say how the returns process will be. Likely, all their pictures are AI. I am only glad that I made my payment through PayPal and got a refund for most of the payment.

Do not buy anything or order anything…

Do not buy anything or order anything from this online website! I ordered $89 worth of items from Amelia‘s jewelry. I tried to use my bank card, but it wouldn’t go through so I didn’t know why and so I used my credit card. The next thing I know was they were charging my bank account six times. I still have to deal with my credit card charge too. I had to contact my bank to put a stop on this. this is definitely a scam.

ZERO STARS

I would actually prefer that this had no stars. After receiving my order , I contacted the company immediately. My earrings did not match the picture. The picture was of a beautiful wave and I thought how pretty they were , they looked to be of good quality costume , jewelry. What I received is something I wouldn't pay more than a nickel for out of a gum ball machine. But the person responding to my unhappiness was having me.Jump through a bunch of hoops unnecessarily.I provided all the information they required. And they still did not refund my money. $32.98
