Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 119 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, describing them as cheap plastic, fake, and nothing like the advertised images. Customers frequently reported poor quality, with items arriving broken, deformed, or made from cheap materials that did not match the website's descriptions. The website itself was often found to be misleading, showcasing products that differed significantly from what was received, and some reviewers suspected the company was not based in the UK as claimed. Reviewers also faced significant issues with orders, including long delivery times, incorrect items, and a lack of confirmation emails. Many struggled to obtain refunds, with the company often refusing or making the process difficult, despite advertised guarantees. However, some people were satisfied with their purchases, finding the jewelry beautiful and well-made, and receiving prompt refunds when requested.

vintage gold and silver earrings

I ordered the vintage gold and silver zirconia earrings with a discounted code, and had my order confirmed at the time of the order from the site itself. However, I didn’t receive an email or SMS confirmation.

After 2 days I noticed the payment pending in my bank account, but still no order confirmation email. So at this point I googled the company and was alarmed to read all the negative comments about scams and poor service and poor quality, lack of communication etc etc etc. I remember thinking I wish I’d researched the company first!

At this point I emailed to request my order be cancelled and the money not taken, or at least be refunded. Amelia replied within the hour saying my ordered had been updated with my email address and that the order was in fact already being processed and id receive updates of the transit and delivery timeframe. Should i not like the earrings once received, I could return them for a refund.

A week passed with no earrings or update so I instigated a refund via my bank and advised the company had done so. Again Amelia was very quick to respond stating that it showed the earrings had now been delivered. When I got home from work, they had indeed been delivered so I confirmed the receipt with Amelia, for which she thanked me.

The next day i received an email from the company saying my refund was being processed. I alerted Amelia to this as I was confused as I had now received the earrings? Apparently the system noted I’d instigated a refund so had triggered this action and Amelia wasn’t in a position to amend this.

So, I have the earrings and today I had my full refund so again contacted Amelia to ask what she wished me to do. Return the earrings, or repay for them?

Amelia very kindly thanked me for my kindness and honesty , and told me not to worry about it, just keep the earrings.

So… all i will say is, dont always believe the negatives. If things don’t seem as they should, give the retailer the opportunity to explain or put things right Amelia has been nothing but helpful and generous in my opinion, and I feel bad I doubted her company.

And by the way the earrings are lovely. Yes they look rustic and slightly haphazard but to me they look as they did on the website. The not so perfectly put together look is what I liked about them in the first place! Thank you Amelia&ArthurJewels

OMG!

OMG. I nearly fell for it as the images of the earrings I liked (for my daughter) looked so well made. I had filled everything in but thought I'd just check the reviews first, then I saw Trustpilot! Thanks to everyone who wrote about their experience. I am very disappointed but very, very grateful to all of you. I have since deleted everything I had completed on their form.

Report the Scam if You’ve lost Money!

So any of you ladies who’ve lost money buying sub standard goods from this company that can’t feasibly be returned. I’ve made a report to Trading Standards but as this company are not a UK Company, they’re just pretending to be, they don’t fall under UK rules. You need to request your bank to recall your payment as a scam transaction firstly and make a report to action fraud.police.uk Lets get these people shut down. So many people losing their hard earned money

Company website not easy to navigate…

Company website not easy to navigate and ended up taking two payments for the one item. True they then send two separate items - a week apart - for the same pair of earrings. And who wants two pairs of the same earrings. To send the second pair back and get a refund, I have to bear the cost. Not the right way for a reputable company to operate. Would advise staying well clear

Cheap tat.

Wish I'd read the reviews! The earrings I ordered are awful. Cheap quality that you'd find in a 50% off bucket - and they still wouldn't sell. Very clever marketing with a nice little "thank you" card explaining that they are a small family run business. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT order from them - the jewellery is fake, they’re not London based as they make out to be and the earrings that came aren’t worth anything - I’ve had better jewellery in Christmas crackers.

Total scam and fake

I would have liked to give them no star at all!
I can reiterate everything everyone has mentioned in their reviews.
A total scam and really poor quality.
Their pictures lie.
The quality is very poor, far from the promised handcrafted products.
The story of a mother and son business is fake, the story of how they’re struggling and therefore need to offer everything on sale is fake.
Total scam!
Do not buy from this Chinese scam set up!

I'm adding my disappointment to the many other comments below

I'm adding my disappointment to the hundreds of others listed below.
I took am embarrassed by being drawn in by a closing down sob story purporting to be a Mother and son business. Beware, the scammers have set up an identical page calling it Diana Jewellery...word for word letter for letter design and typeset on page absolutely the same.
They have audacity to say the rank quality tarnished metal and different colour stone were what I ordered and sometimes lighting can affect the image. The advert was for earrings with a Blue stone, I received Brown. I agree with other comments...this company should be blocked from advertising...isn't that the point of a review!!!

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. Please be very careful. All the product images are misleading, the jewelery is cheap metal and plastic pearls not even worth a few cents, lucky packet cheap stuff.

They and other similar companies are dishonest claiming to be a small handcrafting business going out of business. This is not handcrafted jewelery it is all fake mass produced horrible stuff. They show AI enhanced images on their sites and fool millions of people and should be ashamed for misrepresenting themselves and their products.

I was unfortunately drawn into their classy website, I should have read Trustpilot first! The earrings are truly terrible I don’t think I could even re-sell them for 50p. They are NOT silver, NOT as advertised and terribly made and quite obviously NOT a UK company as they took far too long to arrive. Do NOT buy anything from this company I feel ashamed and embarrassed to have been taken in so easily. Trading Standards should if they can stop this company from being able to sell anything in this country! But I guess the best advice is buyer beware - Sal

Junk

I ordered a beautiful necklace and when I got it was a piece of crap. Didn’t even look like the picture. I tried to return it but it would have cost me a lot to return so they said they would credit me 15%. What a joke! Never buy anything from them!!
