Absolute rubbish!
The earrings are a cheap imitation of those shown in the photo. Just cheap market tat. Do not buy from these people they are not what they seem
Warning to Potential Buyers Amelia & Arthur/Amelia's Jewellery
Please note any potential buyers that I had the same negative experience with the almost identical website now called Amelia & Arthur which is totally misleading. After quite a long wait not the few days mentioned I received cheap looking " knock off" blue earrings which look nothing like those featured on both websites. They are clearly imported from abroad despite the websites saying they are based in London. In fact they were posted from Blakeney Way, Cannock but probably came from China due to the length of time they took to arrive. Similar "Sale" discounts, cheap materials used and not stones used in jewellery. These two websites are fraudulent with fake photos, descriptions and made up stories " About Us"! I am reporting them to UK Trading Standards Authority and consumer groups.
Wish I had read reviews before ordering
Ordered Aug 20 it is now Sept 26 and no sign of my earrings. The "tracking" on my email gives no real link to track the order. The status has read "about to be delivered" for more than a week and i should contact them if i have not received it but the only way is through email and they do not respond. This is on me. I really should have checked for reviews on them before ordering. Don't make my mistake.
A scam
The earrings sent were not as displayed. They refused to give a full refund until I had posted them back to Chinaat my expense. Their website says they are London based.

I was extremely disappointed in my jewelry. I ordered the necklace, ring, and earrings. They look like they came out of a Dime machine!!
Terrible quality and will never order there again!!!
Avoid like the plague
Like every other review here I bought what was described as hand made silver jewelry, made in England. Mass-produced cheap, nasty rubbish arrived. I asked for a refund, as described on their website. Eventually, 6 emails later I have a return address. It will cost £13 to return on top of the £40 already spent on nasty earrings. Will I receive a refund, who knows?! But I have reported the business as fraud and requested charge back via my bank. I left bad feedback via Facebook and the company blocked me, which means I can't report the Facebook page either. Maybe if enough people report them something may change. DO NOT BUY from them!
Do not buy jewelry from this company
Do not buy jewelry from this company. It is junk. I requested a refund and wanted to return the items. They never acknowledged any of my messages. I contacted my credit card company and they sent proof that you can only return jewelry if it is damaged. What a waste of money. Beware.
Should have known another fb scam
Should have known another fb scam. Utter rubbish jewellery. Nothing like pictures, no way of returning. Disgusting fb for allowing such scammers.

I ordered in July and still gave not received my order. They won’t return my emails. It is a scam. Always read reviews before purchasing.

I guess I also made a mistake in ordering one of their products. It’s been a month since I placed the order and haven’t received my items yet. I’ve tried to reach them via email and no return. Probably lost my money 😕
Incorrect contact us address and no response…
I have emailed their contact address and it returned, “address not available”. I tried a different address and sent them 4 requests for when to expect my order, and they have not responded. Have I been scammed?
I was fooled like everyone else
I was fooled like everyone else. I can’t believe I didn’t read reviews first. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings. I got 2 completely didn’t pairs than what I ordered. Although, I’m not sure that matters considering what cheap crap they are. They offered me a 15% refund. Or I can send them back (to China) at my cost for a full refund. I’m still trying for a full refund at their expense but chances are this is a complete loss.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM
My Title is Research Before Buying
My first order turned out great. I got 2 of the gold with green emerald stone. They are beautiful and I'm still wearing them. However I ordered earrings for my daughter's wedding and birthday all in the same week. The earrings look cheap in person and one has a bent post that I'm afraid to straighten in case it breaks. Her owl earrings are embarrassing because they look nothing like the picture. Sadly I was unable to gift them to my daughter. Needless to say, no birthday gift. Thankfully I had another wedding gift to give. I have emailed the company with no response. I'll try the phone number I found but don't expect them to answer.
The only reason I gave her 2 stars was for the rings I'm wearing that I'm happy with. Good luck everyone who has bought from her. Take Care. Karol
Avoid
Horrible experience trying to return a product, non existent customer service. company lied when they said I can just return product because they refuse to send me return label
Scam!!!
I paid and waited nothing came. The tracking isn't changing it has been a month, it still says info received. This is ridiculous! Called my bank to dispute the charge. Don't waste your time and money.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I placed an order on August 20th and after about 5 days I reached out to them as I noticed it hadn’t been shipped. I’ve sent them multiple emails with no reply. I’m currently trying to dispute the charge with my bank. Don’t waste your money!
Scam!
A month on, I still haven’t received my earrings. I contacted their “customer services” but have had no reply. They are not in London as stated. A Chinese Scam. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!
Just send the ring I paid for.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. What we got was drastically different than the picture on the website. We got a plastic piece of garbage. Now gonna try to get a refund.
I feel such a fool
I feel such a fool - I was just starting the process to return the awful cheap tat that has arrived when I saw these reviews. It looks as though I may as well throw them in the bin and put this one down to experience - which I can least afford.
