Great job
I got a quote to install an alarm system, because of Covid the project was delayed 2 years. When I decided to use Amercan alarm the quote went from $11,000 to $23,000. They used an outside contractor.
His Communication was not great. 2 items were installed in area without asking me but were moved without charge.
Overall the work done was very good and I would recommend them.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Unfortunately, Covid has impacted the costs of everything through inflation and supply chain issues. Your original price was lower than it should have been so that’s why the adjustments on the current contract you signed seem so large. Your sales rep and the Installation manager have both explained to you that the pull station placement was directed by the fire code, and we had to comply. We do apologize for any miscommunication that has occurred and are addressing that issue with our team and the contractor that helped with your installation. If there is anything else we can do please let us know.

We are remodeling on of our buildings, and some hardware had to be moved around to accommodate these changes. The technician arrived as scheduled and made all the changes we asked.
