I had a issue with my alarm system including a backup battery which was very hot to the touch. American Alarm was able to send someone out right away and resolve my issue.

Recently switched service
We have really been impressed with American Alarm. On the initial appointment, they looked at my existing system and explained how the transfer of monitoring would go. I then got the alarm.com app, and it was so easy to setup and use. We have also since added the video doorbell. They are very easy to reach out to for service and have liked how quick they are able to get someone out to our house. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a security system provider!!
