I feel very comfortable and safe with American Alarm and their expertise. I've had the same technician, Scott, for many years and the service and support is excellent. Many employees in the (various departments -service, billing, general etc.) are also long term so they are experienced and knowledgeable. They work with you and explain any upgrades or service needed to keep up with changes without forcing unnecessary costs. I feel they are fair and reliable.

Friendly staff & easy scheduling. Good communication and customer service. Staff contacted us when they needed to change the time of our scheduled visit and always followed up a few days before to ensure the time was good. They were efficient & knowledgeable in their suggestions for alarm replacements. No complaints!

I accidentally set off my house alarm during a stressed-out time. Although I couldn't find my code (a newish one), I was given an appropriate amount of time. I was was treated with care and understanding. I found my code just after that call. I then called American Alarm's main phone number. I was treated so well here, too. The person that answered quickly got the process going so that the police would not come. Success! I thank the two people I worked with. I was treated with warmth and care!!
I have always had good experience with American Alarm and Communications. I highly recommend it.
