Items sent were opened and stale

Was sent items as ordered, but when they arrived I could instantly tell that they were open, crisps were stale and inedible, tried to email and didn't get a response, then I even tried paypal but it seems I got an automated response as I didn't think to take a picture of the packaging - still no reponse from the company about 4 weeks later, won't be using again as there are lots of other places that do this exact same thing with much better customer service.

Sweets not true to picture on website

Ordered the 1kg pink pick and mix sweets for a hen party with the expectation that there would be ‘love hearts’ packets in there as this was shown in the picture but instead the majority of the sweets were white chocolate skulls and other different sweets to what were shown! Also, the best before date on the pack was 03/2024 and I ordered them at the end of July 2024! Disappointed!!

Amazing products

Amazing products! So much to choose from, my kids were over the moon with the items we received and with how quick the delivery was! Will definitely be ordering again!

Found it really easy to navigate around…

Found it really easy to navigate around their website and easy to order. My order was sent out and received very quick. The quality of the products were very good also. Will definitely be ordering again.

Frequent customer

I've ordered from this site around 3 or 4 times and can't complain, I got exactly what I ordered, delivery was very standard, 3-5 days. I'll keep ordering from here so I recommend it to everyone.
