Paid but never received item – no response
I placed an order with American Rifle Parts (Order #10125) on January 19, 2026 and was charged $183.82 for an item that was never delivered.
Since placing the order, it has remained in “processing” status with no shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email and phone over several months and have received no response whatsoever.
The business lists a physical address in Orange Park, FL, but it appears to be a mailbox location rather than an actual storefront.
Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the product, I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints with the appropriate agencies.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to use caution when ordering from this company.
