I RECEIVED EMAILS TO SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY WHICH I DID. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY DATE STATING I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL 24 HOURS PRIOR. NO CALL. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM YOU GO INTO A HOLD LOOP FROM HELL WITH THE SAME MESSAGE ABOUT THE NEXT AVAILABLE AGENT. IF YOU TRY AND LEAVE A VOICE MAIL THE MAILBOX IS FULL. IF YOU SEND AN EMAIL YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET A RESPONSE. I’VE SPENT MULTIPLE HOURS ON HOLD AND PEOPLE DON’T PICK UP. I DON’T KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS BUT I AM ALSO GOING TO REDUCE MY ARHAUS REVIEW SPECIFICALLY MENTIONING WHAT A CRAPPY DELIVERY PARTNER THEY HAVE….

Geodis have kept my parcel.

I sent a parcel months ago and it got no further than the depot. All emails I have sent in an attempt to have it returned to me have been ignored. There is a return address so no excuse. I would leave no stars in reality. I call it theft.

Great service from the Geodis delivery…

Great service from the Geodis delivery driver. Appliance arrived unexpectedly early. Driver went out of his way to contact me and make delivery. Wasn't expecting item for another five days. I wanted to leave a good review for him as I've only had bad delivery experiences lately from all manner of providers. Thank you. From Hanley customer.

A Geodis driver being a bad ambassador.

A Geodis articulated lorry YK22WME driver (driving a branded lorry therefore an ambassador for the company) crossed into my lane trying to bully me out of the way, he then flashed his brights multiple times and when we arrived at the next red light gave me an earful of verbal abuse, including calling me a c**t about 5 times, and telling me to get out of my car inviting me over for a fight, he then used his favourite word once again when I declined, by the time he was finished letting out his built up anger the light had cycled through the green and as I pulled off it turned yellow, despite this he ignored the lights and started to pull off driving through the red light causing other road users to now wait for him. This all happened because I didn’t magically remove my vehicle from the space he wanted for his truck after leaving it too late to change lanes. This representative is volatile, self centred and a danger to those around him. This happened on Saxon street In Milton Keynes at 7:15am 6/1/23. This man is driving a branded vehicle therefore is an ambassador for this company, if this is the kind of behaviour culture this company has they simply cannot be trusted. I have attempted to contact Geodis however the contact feature on their website will not work and I’m finding it incredibly difficult to find any other option of contact which seconds the lack of communication other reviews have mentioned.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Waited over four weeks for a delivery and was then told my parcel had been lost! No communication from Geodis UK, I had to ring their Lichfield office twice and press them for answers. Would NEVER recommended their service.

Never got it

Never received the package, yet it got listed as delivered on Amazon. I managed to get a refund, but I still ended up with additional expenses through having to reorder books that had originally been on sale

Wet, destroyed book received

Ordered a book from Amazon to be sent from the UK to the US. It arrived ahead of schedule, but it was packaged in an extremely thin container. When I received it, the package was wet and torn. The book inside - a hardback, was almost completely torn from the binding. So the book must have been repackaged at some point. I concur with other reviewers.

USELESS GEODIS TRACKING

Bought an item on Amazon, eventually received a message a week ago telling me that it had shipped, also got a Geodis tracking number. There are apparently only two options on the Geodis tracking site: you can repeatedly refresh the "captcha" pictures (click on all photos of fire hydrants or boats or bicycles...) and never get past that step, or you can successfully get past it and then get told that the tracking number can't be found. There's no way to call Geodis, you have to fill out an online form and then you WAIT.....wait.......still waiting. One gets the impression that the company has one rep in the U.S. and that that persons' office is a stool in a pub.

Geodis is the worst shipping company

Geodis is the worst shipping company. It took 3 weeks to get a parcel from Amazon UK and it was damaged. It takes DHL 4 days and it is in nice condition. It takes about 8=9 days for Royal Mail from the UK.
Last Geodis has NO TRACKING!!!

Package lost, no help

They said that they tried to deliver a parcel that my partner waited home for all day, then I fill out their online query form twice, but there is no evidence that that goes anywhere. No reply. So have to stop ordering from company as I can't afford to lose packages of that value. This is a terrible company.

Terrible

They can't give you a certain timeframe, so after staying home waiting for 2 days I told them to return my shipment. I'm very dissapointed my cute little new couch didn't complete my home....

Awful, incompetent, dishonest company

I took a day off and was waiting for my iHerb parcel. I was sitting by the window looking down my street when I got a message saying that they have delivered it. Clearly they have not even come to my street and have lied about delivering it. I have asked my neighbours to make sure it was delivered to them by mistake and have contacted iHerb for a redelivery.

Why does iHerb use this awful company when they are clearly incompetent?!

Terrible service, NO communication, just returned my package to the shop without contacting me in anyway.

Did some online shopping at "Maison du monde". The package should have been delivered bij Geodis. First time I've ordered this package, received nothing. Didn't here from them, not by mail (also nothing in spam), not by phone. Contacted the customer service of "Maison du monde" the re-ordered everything for me. So... Second delivery... Never received anything. Again without contacting me in anyway they just returned the package to the shop... Unable to get in contact with anyone who speaks Dutch, phone answered in French. Also, my husband and me both work at home, there's always someone at home between 6am and 22pm. So they actually just never showed up at the doorstep. Terrible company!!!

Just phone or email you have the details!!

Absolutely appalling service. They said.they tried to deliver. At the time my father in law was in, so know idea where they went. Impossible to contact. My package is somewhere in the city. All want is an address so that we can pick it up as they seem incapable! As to the response from Geodis. I sent additional details last Friday to both Geodis & Sroka. You have my email address! Email me and an updated mobile number! If the package is in Santander I will pick it up myself today!!!

worst delivery experience

they gave me a time frame of the delivery from the 1st -6th of October, and its past that time frame now and still no package. The tracking says its in the city, and the drive from there to here is 18 mins. I've been in all day waiting for a late package, not expecting it anytime soon..... usually when i order from iherb my package comes in about 7 days from other delivery companies....

Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Day 19 and still waiting on delivery from the Netherlands to UK. Not given any tracking info and phone lines for contacting mostly dead and in the case that they weren’t the phones just aren’t answered and no option to leave a message. Also emailed about 9 days ago and received no correspondence!
