Finn loves his Amirene dog food, and the customer service from Amirene is first class, but DPD are useless. This is twice in a row his food has not been delivered. First time was over the Christmas period, which DPD told me they lost it. And now tonight, they have sent me an email at 9pm to say they missed me. I work from home, so available all day. So frustrated!

Appalling service. My first order took over a week to be delivered, I emailed received no reply and then got a notification a couple of days later that it had been posted. As I was on the puppy food, I decided to take the offer of complimentary adult samples up on from the website and requested this via email. After not hearing anything for two weeks and my dogs food running low so I needed to decide what to put her on next, I messaged again, only to be told she "couldn't find my order, and there wouldn't have been an order anyway as this wasn't an option on the site" to which I replied "yes I know I didn't order just email as that's what the website states to do to receive samples and that I was happy to pay if needed" to receive no reply almost week later. This person clearly doesn't care about her actual customers and is more bothered about gaining more via facebook. And the option of free samples still hasn't been removed from the site.

My dogs have been fed this food for many years now - I would not feed any other food. Amirene is an excellent grain free kibble and my dogs absolutely thrive on it. They are in fantastic condition - glossy coats, firm stools, no problems whatsoever. I am convinced that part of their great overall health is down to feeding this food. I have always found Margaret and Jan to be helpful and very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Amirene highly enough.

I’ve been feeding my two golden retrievers this food since they were very young - now 11 and 9 years old. They love the food and will eat it without delay, despite one of them being fussy. It’s also made huge improvements to their skin. One of the dogs used to get really flaky skin and feeding her Amirene food is the only thing that’s helped her. Orders are always processed and delivered quickly! I highly recommend this.

We have used Amirene for our Goldie for 4+ years. Our dog loves it. He has no skin issues, healthy, happy guts and a beautiful coat. Amirene have been quick and extremely knowledgeable responding to any queries about our Goldie, going above and beyond to provide support.
They deliver to us using DPD, one of the more reliable delivery companies in our area. We’ve never had any issues in more than 4 years and are extremely happy with Amirene.

Our Libby has been on this food for a while now and just recently we switched to the senior as she is 8 years old. She loves it.
We get an immediate response to our order and the shipping by DPD is so quick. Excellent service all down the line since we started with Amirene.

Very poor experience with this company. I ordered dog food a week ago, it didn’t arrive so I called the number on the website and spoke to Margaret yesterday. She told me the order hadn’t been processed yet but would send it out urgently and I would receive it today. Didn’t receive a DPD notification today that it was out for delivery, so called Margaret again and she told me it would be delivered tomorrow. I asked for my money back as it has now been over a week and I have run out of food. Margaret told me she would not refund me and I would have to wait. Would not recommend buying from this company.

I’ve been feeding my girls Amirene for years and have weened 3 litters of puppies on Amirene. I recommend it to all of my owners as I think it’s a wonderful food choice for quality and price.

We have been buying Amirene for our two Golden Retrievers for the past year. We have happy dogs who enjoy their meals and satisfied as Owners we are giving them the best nutrients and products from Amirene.

We are also very impressed with the fast delivery too.

my goldie loves amirene dog food. she has always had problems with a sensitive tummy but since she i moved her onto amirene she has been fine. not only is the ingredients healthy and of good quality but reasonably priced too

Margret is fantastic full of knowledge of the breed & always happy to advise . I feed 3 Adult Golden Retrievers on Amirene & my recent litter were transitioned onto the puppy food. Margret & Jan are fantastic… wouldn’t feed anything different now very happy customer.

Great product for our 9 week old puppy. Douglas is thriving on the Chicken, turkey, salmon etc grain free. His 6 siblings are also thriving on the food. Quick no fuss delivery. 100% recommend Amirene dog food.

Great food all my dogs love it. I like the pieces are small so it feeds my chihuahua size rescue as well as my goldens.

Garvie eats on the flavours, he loves them all. Bowl is always licked clean.
