Everyone was so nice. The delivery man and the installer did a great job. I would recommend Amish Gazebos to anyone that has an interest in getting a gazebo.

My opinion of Amish Country Gazebos is that they couldn't have done a better job. Everyone from start to finish was courteous and cordial. Our gazebo is just wonderful and it was very easy to set up. This business comes very highly recommended by me.

Each step in the ordering and delivery process was quick, as described and as delivered. The quality of the product is way beyond expectations. For instance, I inspected all of the wood and found no knots, not even little ones, anywhere. People who I spoke with at the company were always courteous, quick to answer questions, and open to changes.

Screen option was a poor choice ,ill fitting and bad design.no protection for screen inside,just a short time before someone slides something into it.by by screen!

From my first call that was merely a casual question, to design help over a number of calls and a few weeks, everyone at ACG was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They posed questions to me that I didn't even consider! They really covered every aspect of planning necessary. I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. ACG delivered a beautiful product and I am thrilled with it. I expect to enjoy our pergola for years to come.

People wise communication was good. The manual needs more clarification in roofing processes - nailing patterns, more detail on tab shingle angle cuts as they relate to sub roof angle cut ( should they overlap or only butt up to each other ) The roofing nails in the box were too long for the ply score sub roof. Also, the fit between the large and medium size panels were poor on two units. Note: two of the large sub roof panels sagged. Wood selection (quality) was not very good on the doorway pillars. The parts are not interchangeable so I had to gingerbread-them-up to cover the indented edge-knots. Pilot drilling can not be over emphasized!! All told, we're proud of what we did with your materials and instructions. THANKS !

My biggest complaint (even though I really thought the process and construction went very well) was the delivery. First I had received a call from the trucking dispatcher asking if they could deliver by 5:00 pm on a Sunday. I had to change some plans but was all set. No show and no call stating they were not coming. Monday morning I receive a call and the dispatcher apologized and ask for a later date, Thursday. I said that would be fine and asked if the trucking company had a way to off load the gazebo kit. She stated yes and if they needed help the driver would call a local wrecker service, at their cost, if necessary. She then asked me about access. I told her when we moved here that the full size moving van (simi-truck and trailer) were able to drive and unload. She said there would be no problem then. On Thursday I got a call from the driver and he told me he could not make it down my road because his truck was too long. I asked him about the wrecker and he told me I would have to make those arrangements and it would be on my dime. I am fortunate enough to own a single axle trailer that I pulled to the parked delivery truck and the driver and I proceeded to unload the crate piece by piece onto my trailer and then unload my trailer at my site. The gazebo kit took two trips and the driver would not help me for the second off load. This was not at all what I expected, so there is my big complaint. The rest went well except when I reviewed the contents of the delivery ticket it stated there would be 7 bundles of shingles and there were only 6. I immediately called your offices and the person I spoke with told me all I really needed was 4 bundles. This made me skeptical so I told him that once I got to the roof and if I ran short of shingles that ya'll would have to overnight me any that were missing. The 6 bundles of shingles worked out fine. For improvements I would suggest that you include h-clips for the roof sheeting. The span between joists is large enough to need these. all in all I am happy with the gazebo but you need to look into the delivery.

I purchased the 12 foot gazebo in a box. I think the quality is good and it is relatively easy to put together (had my handyman do it). When we had questions, company was easy to reach and responsive.
Only negative was that the flyer enclosed with my order advertised an even lower price on what I had just purchased. Made me feel like I paid too much!

Its really a great pleasure to do business with the Amish people. We English could learn a lot from them and the way God wants us all to live our lives. Probably the most memorable moments I had with my purchase was the Englishman who delivered it. He met me early in the morning of delivery and we not only shared breakfast but as we were sitting there at the table something about God came up and he pulled his little book from his pocket and asked if he could share his daily devotion with me. Of course I said yes but had to look around to see if people were noticing us, they were but I felt very much at peace with my Lord and Savior as he continued to read. Later when we were finished and headed over to a friends business to unload my kit, I noticed the Englishmen talking to a gentlemen in the street for quite awhile. The man he was talking to has a wife who is dying of cancer. He really doesn't believe much in God if you hear him talk. But this time was different. The Englishman was talking to him, had his arm around him and I noticed they were praying together. This went on for what seemed to be a very long time. When they were finished I noticed that the man was openly crying which gave me an incredible feeling of Gods presence among us all. Since that time the man I am speaking of has a totally different outlook on things in life and realizes that God is with him and has his angels there to comfort him. All my friends that were there that day still talk about that amazing experience with your Englishman. We are all disciples of Christ and your Englishman who delivered my Pergola has a special place set aside for him in Heaven. I wish I could remember his name but not to worry, one day we will both meet together in a place we all call eternal life with Christ. Please send my thoughts to him and let him know I and many other people will never forget him. My wife and I are going to make a trip someday to the East coast to see my sister and when we do we will make sure and go out of our way just to meet all of you.

I bought a Pergola in a Box from Amish Country Gazebos. It came special delivery all packed up super safe. I took it apart piece by piece and stained each one. I thought maybe my son and I could put it together, the video looked pretty easy but after staining each piece I realized I'd have to defer to a more qualified person. So a contractor friend assembled it and it's nothing short of fantastic. I use it daily and love it. All the pieces came ready to assemble, we didn't have to redrill holes or run to buy bolts etc. it came 100% top quality. Great company to do business with.

Amish Country Gazebos was a pleasure to work with. The customer service reps were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I pergola was delivered at the exact time that was promised and they worked to place it perfectly where I wanted it delivered so that it wouldn't get in the way. Once built, my wife and I were in awe of it's beauty and quality!

We love it. It was pretty easy to put together and looks great!!! Very solid and finely finished. All the people we encountered during the process were great. We have recommended the Amish gazebo products to many friends and relatives.

The Terms and Conditions I am forced to accept are ridiculously long and incomprehensible. But I wanted to give a good rating to Amish Country Gazebos.

Price was right. Delivery went well. Very nice employees. Haven't opened it yet to build it but I can't wait to see it up.

Our 12 wood gazebo arrived in one box on a wood palet about the size of a queen bed almost 4' high. To get it off the delivery truck which had a standard lift gate, which was too small to offload as one box, the driver disassembled the large one box which revealed several smaller boxes he could remove at place at the curb. I with the help from my brother moved each of the smaller boxes from the curb to the construction site in the back yard.
My gazebo site is on a slight hill with about a 3' drop from one side to the other down hill. Having a secure foundation that allows for a level floor is very key.
Installing the 8 pie floor pieces was easy and quick. The side panels went together very easy. My battery powered drill is not an impact type drill which lead to stopping out several screw heads and the rounding off of the square drill bit. With the extra screws provided, I just purchased extra drill bits at a local hardware store and proceeded on without any other hick/ups.
My assembly is still in progress and going very smoothly. As each price is added and my gazebo takes shape, I'm amazed at each step how great it looks.

We decided to buy a second unit for use out at our Boy Scout Camp. It was as great of quality as the one I had at home. The Amish Country Gazebos personnel are great to work with and their product shows real craftsmanship in all that they produce. I would no hesitate to recommend them to anyone who looking for a fine Gazebo.

Very good product. Assembly was not too difficult. Package instructions could be better but between the on-line manual and the instructions that came with the package, assembly was straightforward. The trim around the bottom of the post did not anchor to the post as shown in the instruction but other than that everything fit fairly well.

Looked local and also on-line at several gazebos. Called and talked with Mel regarding some of the features offered with Amish Gazebos. We ordered a 14' with screens and windows. We absolutely love it. We have had this a year and it still looks like new! We live in rural northern New York where we get a lot of cold and snow. It still looks great! We would definitely recommend Amish Country Gazebos.
