I was supposed to receive a free watch winder with my purchase but didn’t, other than that all good

Fantastic customer experience from AMJ, great comms via WhatsApp initially, then followed up by a phone call when needed. They came in with really good prices when I approached them with offers I had been given by companies.

Well they had their black Friday sale and I got a watch at a great price. They accepted the card payment and 3 days later they cancelled the transaction stating that the watch was no longer available. Now, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 2nd time that this has happened . I will not try and buy from this company again. The manager did try and offer other watches but not what I wanted. They did apologise and said they will refund me my money... Hope they do.

** Revised my score just based on the fact that the owned up to their mistake and said sorry and refunded me the funds quickly and seems like a genuine mistake.

The watch arrived with a flat battery, it hadn’t been check before being sent out. It was rectified by the vendor but took an extra week.

My sixth and final watch purchase from AMJ this year, I was once again served by Harvey Robinson.
I was keen to buy one of their few remaining Seiko Marinemaster watches they had in stock, mindful that the model has been discontinued.
Harvey offered me the watch with a very generous discount. I arranged the finance and made my purchase on line the next day.
The watch arrived securely packaged the following morning. Going the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction, Harvey disclosed that he was about to reduce the price on line for their Black Friday sale. Even though my order was fulfilled and I had purchased the watch prior to their Black Friday sale, Harvey revised my finance agreement securing me a significant discount. Harvey didn’t have to do what he did for me, but providing exceptional customer service really matters to him. Harvey really went the extra mile for me which is all too rare these days. AMJ Watches are my watch retailer of choice; buy a watch from them and they’ll become yours.

Great service, fast shipping, just a quick note if you haven't got 2fa enabled on your credit card you cannot purchase, a necessity in today's scam riddled world I know, but can be frustrating.

Issue quickly resolved after one phone call and a replacement was promptly received. Well done AMJ.
Will definitely use them again.

Ordered on-line on a Sunday. Item shipped 14:00 Monday and in my hand 10:30 on Tuesday / 300 miles away. Well packaged and absolutely what I wanted. Excellent and very slick service, could not have asked for better.

I had concerns and questions about my purchase but I had a very helpful discussion with the staff. This was very reassuring for me. The watch I bought was every bit as described.
