It is a good place if you wish to buy a cargo bike. We have tried several bikes at the store and then just ordered the desired configuration on the store's site. In a few days our bike was ready. Rather quick. At the store the staff explained the features of the bike and we were ready to go.

I am quite happy with our choice, we bought a mechanical bike which appears to be enough for riding with a big dog on a good road. It was just a bit difficult going up the hill in a park, but except that moment mechanical model is enough.

From the first contact until the purchase, the service was 100%. Everyone was very attentive. I am very satisfied with the bike. It perfectly meets my needs. In two days me and my family ride a bike for 50 km. It was a good and funny family moment.

Søren is a very dedicated and passionate guy for the work he is doing. Excellent product and the service he provides for the products is superb. He helps to make the product comfortable for the customer explaining in such deep detail. Has variety of products and all quality 100%

I bought a ladcykel in 2022 and it worked quite well for a whole year before it got stolen. During my second bike purchase, Amladcykler helped me to secure a good deal. I am very satisfied with their overall help during the entire buying cycle and I strongly recommend them.

I recently bought a cargo bike from Amlad bikes and I am very happy with it🙂. It is light for a bigger bike like that and easy to wheel. Suitable even for a beginner biker like myself. Also the customer service was very polite and the bike was delivered to me very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone👍!

I recently purchased a cargo cycle from Amladcykler.dk and I have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Not recommended!!! I dont know where to start honestly :
First the packaging was damaged, the institution book in Danish and poor quality black and white
pictures

They said its 80% ready and you only need 2 hours to do the rest 20% but it took me 6 hours to figure the puzzle out
, too many washers and bolts that makes you confused . Second : the gear wire was damaged and when I contacted the support i was asked to send a video and when i did the response was that i have to adjust the gear , ignoring the fact that the wire is damaged and it doesn’t have any tension on the gear arm .

My bad i didn't look up for reviews on this company but something I learned from and hopefully no one we’ll consider buying from them again .

I received a poor quality bike. The battery controller was defective and broke within the first month. At least they repaired immediately with no cost. A year after, the pedal sensor stopped working from one day to another and they made me pay 500dkk for the reparation while the bike was still 1 year old. Now the battery stops working completely after 1.5 years of use, and they said they cannot do anything and that I should pay 3000dkk for a new battery. This is not within the purchase laws of Denmark ad I will be filling up a formal complaint shortly.

I would definetely give them 0 stars if it could be possible.
We purchased the electric cargo bike deluxe with multiple extras. We received the shipment just when we moved and we needed time to start building it once everything was seated. Initially, customer services answered the email addressing to the PDF file which it was not aligned with the material we bought and there was information missing. Later, I realised that some material was missing (multiple bolts, nuts, and almost 20 washers). After weeks of chasing them, they told me to bring the bike to the closest bike shop to fix it and I trusted they should have sent the missing bits as part of the material I bought. After almost more than 6 weeks of ignoring me, I decided to talk to the closer retailer. The retailer dropped an email to them as a courtesy and amcargobikes.dk only told me lies and still, they didn't post the missing material that I purchased after almost 2 months. I would request a refund if I could but honestly, I would recommend any other electric cargo bikes in the market with better customer service that engages and take care of the clients.

I have gone through the comments and found massive complaints about the customer service. If you look closer at the average of points that people have assigned to them, you can easily understand the kind of service they are offering and think about buying a bike twice. Unfortunately to me, it is too late.

I have read very mixed reviews on this company. I can only give the review from my point of view.
I own an electric bike shop in Northern Ireland. I wanted to order an electric trike for display in my shop. I ordered an electric trike from this company and initially there was a delay but when I received the trike , I was really impressed. Great quality and I can’t fault it at all. I will definitely be using this company again and will be ordering ecargo trikes and further etrikes from them.
Yes I was concerned about the mixed reviews but I can assure you, their etrikes are of top quality and I hope to be selling them throughout Ireland. Great bikes and trikes at a good price point and In my opinion, have no hesitation using this company. Keith Scott , E Bikes NI

Great Cargo Bike… I and family are enjoying the city rides without any issues. I suggest premium model to new riders…! Nice make.

They announced the battery would be delivered within 2-5 working days, will now take at least 7 days.
hopefully it will last more than 7 months like last time, the warranty only protects it for 6 months, no idea what the other 2 years they announce covers! Really unhelpful customer support service

I bought a bike from Amladcykler around Sep 2020. And it's been nothing but repairs and expenses. This is being written while I am having a 3.000dkk repair done to the bike, again.
Let me give a little insight into me as a person, I never discard my electronics and items due to misusage, but rather from age and tear to the point where it can't be used anymore. I treat my things well, and often don't exchange for new ones until expected amount of time and usage has been applied.
Now to the purchase from amladcykler. First of the delivery got postponed one and a half month, due to them not being able to get some of the part home for their factory. Okay, well that can happen, shouldn't reflect on a bad review... First rain the bike experienced, the built in lights died, and I got a fine from the police only 5 minutes after this apperantly had happened. I went to the shop physically to complain, and was told the build in lights where never stated to be waterproof, so I should either dismantle them from the bike itself, or find shelter for my bike when it rains. In the city. Alongside the lights and a fine from the first rain, the screws also started to rust and dissolve, leaking thick rusted watery like substances where ever I'd go. I got almost the same answer, I could cover the screws with silicone, or find shelter. Looking past this, I had driven the bike frequently for 3 months when my back tire exploded the first time. A few months following and another tire gone. So now a few years later, finally a decent bike repair shop tells me how many bikes they repair from AMladcykler. Because the parts they use are very thin and unreliable stuff most likely made in a sweatshop somewhere. I guess that's why the delivery date was postponed for so long. As of today, I surpass double the cost of the bike I purchased in repairs.
Buy somehwere else, don't support this. You'll be fooled by their first hand professionalism, which quickly falters into criminal salesmen. Most of the good reviews have no content to them

Thank you for your snarky comments, it clearly proves your lack of awareness. As I mentiones in the review, delivery wasn't affecting the review. What does is the build in lights that died from rain water, the first time it rained. Why would you fasten equipment to the frame of the bike, if it's not waterproof?
I would never recommend anyone to pay for equpment you supply, as I will guarentee the quality will be as the poor as the rest of the bike.
Read the review again, and don't respond like a muppet. You could actually have a decent business if you listened

Buying our second amladcykler, we really like the first just wanted to upgrade the brakes. Excellent customer service. Patient with numerous questions and many test drives.
