Sent me the wrong ammo and is refusing to send me what I purchased

Ordered 10 boxes of Norma .308 today. Price per round was great. Shipping was $31.33 and they charged a "handling" fee of $4.99. So, $36.32 to ship. Yes, I could have simply not placed the order, but when you need ammo you do what you have to. Since March 2020 I have ordered thousands of rounds of different calibers from dozens of websites and never, ever paid more than maybe $20 for shipping. Many ship for free. Never have I seen a handling fee for ordering ammo. In the end, with shipping and ammo the price per round ($1.18) was still favorable to some the criminals gouging everyone right now. I later ordered the exact same ammo and quantity from Pine Valley Munitions and paid $16 in shipping. I won't purchase from AmmoShopOnline.com ever again. Profiting on freight is just wrong, especially when so many folks are desperate to get ammo.

I ordered three boxes of Norma Remington 7mm ammo from the website. I received a notification when it shipped, but with no tracking. I had the delivered package in five days. Quality ammo.

So far so good. I read alot of reviews on this site and found out many many 2 sided stories where they had good and bad experiences. As of right now they have been great.
1. I made an account to be able to track my purchase. That everyone should do.
2. They have great promo codes (that actually work & I saved 20% on my order )
3. When I made my purchase I was notified and they also have warnings that shipping due to covid would take more time so speed doesn't factor in this review as covid DOES infact play a role & also the same goes for the actual delivery service.
4. I placed my order and recieved conformation number AND an email also. (Check spam mail it could pop up there too)
5. I was still a little skeptical because of so many mixed reviews after 2 days after I made my purchase I emailed thecompany to see if they would respond and give me an update. Again many reviews I read was mixed on their communication.....but by my surprise they responded within 24 hours to let me know my order would shop by the end of the week. (I will update on this after I recieve my full order.....my order was a bulk of diffrent kinds of ammo so once I recieve all my ammo I will update my review. ..... but as of right now I feel comfortable and confident I will recieve my order in an appropriate time frame given the circumstances of these stupid c9vid times...
If your on the fence with this company cause of mixed reviews I'd say go for it so far they have been great and I saved 20% on my entire order. (Again look and Google promo codes online and sometimes on their site they provide u with actual promo codes that u can automatically apply b4 checking out too.)
So far so good so if your worried still after reading my review wait til I update and once I revieve everything I'd highly recommend this company.
Let alone their prices on most as of right now are extremely reasonable.

Ordered my ammo and got a tracking number but never received my shipment. They received their money from me with no issues but they are incapable of answering the phone or responding to any of my numerous emails. I see in the reviews some have taken a chance and have been happy to get their shipment but unless you like giving your money away and being totally ignored I would stay clear of this dishonest and incompetent place.

They cancelled my order and didn't even tell me. Shortly there after, I found out they raised the price on the ammunition I ordered. This place is greasy. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. Just because you're a "mom and pop shop" doesn't give you an excuse to be shady in your sales. This place is as crooked as cheaperthandirt.com.

Like many other people are skeptical at first when I ordered from them because there are so many scam sites out there today. This place is absolutely great. I placed my order on Saturday. I emailed him on Monday to see if they can tell me if they knew roughly when my order would ship and they emailed me back within 30 minutes and told me it should be shipping any day. I got my order that Friday. Great customer service will definitely order from them again!

Just made my first order. The box was 6 x 4 x 3 and the shipping was $42. Tried to call but could talk to no one. After reading the reviews, which I should have done before ordering, I realize calling and leaving a message was a waste of time.

After reading some reviews I was a little worried that something would go wrong somewhere in the process. Glad to say everything went 100% as planned. I ordered 100 rounds of .45 FMJ and this is exactly what I received. The boxes were a little torn but other than that it was what I wanted. I will be making another order for 9mm rounds.

I ordered 3 boxes of .45 ACP, got shipped 3 Boxes of .357 mag. After calling they acted like they would resolve the issue. After 3 e-mails (with full conformation of original order receipt and photo proof of what was shipped. No response. Also have called 4 times with no call back. Great company if you want to pay top dollar for random ammo!

I ordered Norma 380 auto range ammo and few weeks later I received a shipment, but it was a 9MM ammo and not the 380 I ordered. I've sent numerous emails and have left messages with no response. I should have read all the bad reviews before placing my order. If I don't hear back from them soon, I will file a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. Buyer Beware!

I ordered 1000 rounds of 5.56 it took 2 weeks to and I only got 50 rounds i have emailed and called several times and got no response don't buy from

With all the poor reviews, I was skeptical and hesitant to order from AmmoShopOnline. I decided to take a chance and I am very happy I did. My ammo order was processed timely and also shipped and arrived as promised. I will definitely order again.

Placed my order, two separate orders I might add. received email verification of the orders within minutes as promised. received both orders for Ammo in less than 2 week. great service, great delivery and a great all around shopping experience.

High shipping costs, and additional "handling fees" just to stick it to you a little more. Uses these tactics to grab your attention with what seem like decent prices, then flood you with fees, and higher shipping costs than their competition.

Ordered 3 boxes of 32acp on 1/16 and received them today, 6 days later. Received a shipping notification 2 days after order. Able to track by FedEx throughout. Well packaged. Target ammo looks fine. Costly, however it's 2021. Given local shortage, will reorder in another caliber without hesitation.

Ordered 5 boxes of .380 ammo. Excellent service. Very fast and accurate. Would definitely order from Ammoshoponline again.

I bought 5 boxes of .308 (100) rounds . In these times I know prices are a bit high. no problem. I was charged $89.15 in shipping from Georgia to Little Rock Arkansas ! During check out there was no shipping option
just a $149.00 total after confirmation the shipping total pops up and it's to late ! I have emailed and called several times left messages zero response . I have tried to dispute charges with my bank hopefully I'll get my money back. NEVER EVER do business with these people .

Ordered 200 rounds and received 40 rounds. Have called and left multiple messages as well as emails. No response and I’m out money. Shop somewhere else

I ordered about $1000 worth of ammo from this place within 3 days in 4 separate purchase orders. After ordering from company I looked up reviews, and got really spooked. I tried calling, but I experienced the same as other reviewers not being able to reach anyone. I sent an email, which not surprisingly was never responded to either.

Despite all that...it took 7 business days to receive my first 2 orders. And it will be tomorrow and the following day that I’m scheduled to receive my last two. So far so good, and overall I’m happy with the fulfillment time and quality of the product.

They ship via fedex, and the orders actually came from Ellebell/Savannah GA. This matches their phone number, but doesn’t match their IP address location. Maybe they drop ship? Not sure.

Either way...while they’ve had some pretty horrible reviews...the Swiss Ammo is great quality, and the prices are below market for what I purchased. Hopefully they keep up this trend of quick fulfillment and try and improve on their communication capabilities. Honestly, I would buy again.
