I would give these guys “0” stars if I could. I ordered 6 boxes of 380 auto ammo and only received 5 boxes. I have emailed and called several times with NO reply. I will be claiming fraud on my card.

Once again i ordered some 9mm fmj 115 grn from ASO. I ordered it at $25 a box not to bad. I placed my order on jan 2 2021i recived it jan 11 a little slower on. Delivery this time but that is understandable. Could have just been fedex. Ammo packaged good ammo boxes and cartridge s look great. Once again great job ASO!!!!! I will be ordering again soon. I order.ed 2 boxes of 9mm. Prior to completing the order I was charged .40 CPR. After completing the order I was charged .60 CPR due to shipping that was NOT disclosed prior to confirming the order. I emailed and called with NO reply. Then after receiving the order one box was torn apart with HALF the ammo missing. I will be claiming fraud on my card if I do not hear back in 24hrs. What a joke.

UPDATE:
1. They are a smaller business so if you don't get a reply that is why. Call them and call again. She told me they are currently 1 month behind on emails.
2. They fixed my issues and refunded me for a box immediately.
3. Their customer service is respectful and professional.

Was hesitant because of some reviews but took a chance anyway. Ammo was shipped out 4 days after ordering it. Got an email right away with a tracking number. Ammo showed up today neatly packaged and all there. Great experience, will order again.

Slow shipping, slow processing time, no return emails, no return phone calls. I will not do business again.

This company customer is the worst I have ever seen. I would give them a negative if I could. Don't know why they post their phone number or email they never return any calls or emails. Double charged me for shipping for my last order. Left numerous messages and sent numerous emails still the company doesn't respond. POS company.

Ordered ammo in November, they promised to ship and did not. Filed a dispute with my CC company and they called to ask that I withdraw the dispute and they would ship my ammo.

I did and a month later and I still don’t have my ammo.

No I have to fight with my credit card co to reopen the dispute to get my money back.

But at your own risk.

I placed my order of Norma 9mm 115gr training/range ammo on 12/27. Three days later (12/30), I received an email saying my order was complete and then another email right after saying it has shipped with FedEx tracking provided. I received the ammo today 1/3. Overall it took 7 days. In my eyes that’s not bad at all given these current times where shipping delays are almost normal. I was really concerned after reading the bad reviews so I just held my breath and hoped for the best. Luckily I had no issues and can’t complain!

I ordered 250 rounds of Norma 115 grain fmj fr0m ammo shop online placed order on 12\18 received it on 12\21 going to range this weeked. Great job on the shipping!!!!

I have ordered a total of 900 rounds of 7.62x39 thru three separate orders and have no flaws or hiccups from them. Ammo was pack very well and came undamaged thru UPS and Fedex... The only complaint is their shipping charges are a little on the high side.

Like others said, I read the reviews after I ordered and got pretty spooked. Just kind of let it go and hoped for the best. Ordered 50 rds of 5.56 on the 3rd, and they arrived neatly packaged this afternoon (12th). I couldnt have been more excited. Still not sure if id take another chance, but this experience was just fine with me.

Like many I saw their good price and jumped on ordering. After 3 weeks and no communication with the company I decided to google this company. I wish I had done that before clicking "place order". The only thing you find about AmmoShopOnline doing a google search is negative. What I quickly learned was to get them to do anything you need to submit a BBB complaint. Guess what, that worked for me too. After emailing ASO, using their Contact Us page on their website, and repeated unanswered calls and messages I decided to complain via BBB. The next day I had a tracking #.... but it got hung up in Chicago (Milwaukee final destination). Fedex informed me that the box was "empty" and they wouldn't deliver. Back to email/website/phone... no response so BBB. Next day I got an email of a refund..... 5 days later still no money. Emailed them again and for once I got a response, that the woman would process my request that day. 4 days later (today) I got my money back. BUYER BEWARE!

I HAD TO GIVE A RATING TO WRITE THE REVIEW. THEY DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...I AM SIMPLY STATING I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN...HERE YOU GO...I was to receive 20 boxes of Norma 9mm FMJ, 115 grain, Range and Training ammo with 50 rounds per box. I should have received a total of 1000 rounds. What I received was an incredibly damage box with poorly wrapped ammo boxes inside which were mostly opened from damage during handling because of how poorly they were packaged. There was only a total of 12 (twelve) boxes in the package, not the 20 boxes I ordered and purchased. Half of the boxes were so severely damaged that I had to discard three of the boxes and tape the remainder together in order to contain the ammo. So I have a small sandwich bag of loose ammo and 9 boxes that needed to be taped together in order to keep from having ammo spill all over the floor. Additionally, all the loose ammo had little metal burrs on the casing. I assumed this happened because the ammo was being banged around against one another in this poor packaged container. To say I am furious is an understatement. I am going to notify AMMOSEEK of my result of ordering from your company and will post reviews online warning people from doing business with you. This was to be my son-in-laws Christmas gift but I can do better. NEVER AGAIN....

Wednesday, November 25 (night before Thanksgiving)-Ordered a few boxes of .357mag ammo that I needed and showed to be in stock, then started to read the reviews. Started to think I may have made a mistake. Friday, November 27 (day after Thanksgiving)-Received email stating that order was complete and then another email stating that the order had shipped with tracking # Monday, November 30-FedEx just dropped the package off on my front porch. Opened package and all ammo was in factory sealed boxes and the outer box was sealed up. No loose or missing ammo, packaging all intact and not damaged. Will order from them again!!!

Placed 2nd order with them with same results (just a couple days longer on shipping but that was on FedEx).

I did not read these reviews of the ammo shop online before I placed an order with them a week ago. When I read the reviews, I expected the worst. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when FEDEX delivered a box of ammo to me this AM. I've ordered ammo online before and this is the first time the box was sealed with "tamper evidence tape". Could be I got lucky or it could be the shop has new management and they are cleaning up their act.

Despite all the other bad reviews I bought from ammoshoponline.com because they had the cheapest 9mm.

I feel I got lucky or maybe they have improved because it only took 5 business days to get my ammo and it was packed very nicely.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've experienced. Waited a month and never received anything. No emails, no calls, no tracking number, nothing.

When you call for customer services, the phone rings continually until voice mail picks it up.

Emails go ignored.

I had to threaten to charge back the order in order to get a response! Then they let the email chain die without answering ANYTHING. Finally when I gave a deadline or else I'd charge back the order, they decided they could call me. When trying to discuss how ridiculous that showing product in stock and then not shipping it is false advertisement and a simple call or notice on the delay would have been nice. In response the customer service rep told me "I don't get paid to catch crap from customers" and I had to request to speak to a supervisor.

When speaking to the supervisor I firmly told her I wanted a refund, and she agreed. 10 minutes later... somehow this product was shipped out and had a tracking number, and I would not be issued a refund unless their 3rd party warehouse (A whole other excuse they give for the poor service and falsely stating availability) received this back.

BUYER BEWARE! If you order here, you'll be lucky to get your order, and probably will never hear from them for any reason.

I did finally received my order but only after 4 weeks of not knowing if I was scammed or not. No order confirmation email, no tracking information and the customer service number leads you to a cell phone with a full voicemail. Will not buy from them again, too many other businesses who keep you in the loop with your order to shop from.

I purchased ammo on November 8, 2020. A few days later it was out of stock. A couple weeks later had not received info that it had shipped. I wrote to them and received an email that their third party warehouse was particularly slow. After 21 days, while doing a search online for the same ammo, I came across AmmoShopOnline having the ammo IN STOCK! I went to the page and there it was, even advertising a new and lower price for "Early Cyber Monday!" I wrote to them asking how they could be selling more ammo when they could not yet ship my order? The next day that webpage was taken down. I called and just got "All agents are busy please wait," until it gave me the opportunity to leave a message. Then I found these reviews. I have to wait 30 days before having my bank get the money back. This is Interstate Fraud, I believe. I am also looking into legal options so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I placed an order online.
I received confirmation they got it, but nothing since.

After repeatedly trying to contact them -- emails go unanswered, phone calls go to a voice mailbox with no return call EVER.

I am putting in a chargeback with my bank.
