Caroline and Heidi were very professional and knowledgeable in their roles. Caroline was extremely helpful with my hearing difficulties and answered all my concerns brilliantly. I totally recommend Amplifon based on the fantastic service i received at the carmarthen branch in West Wales.

As always the staff in Tunbridge Wells branch were very helpful when I stupidly left the charger box for my hearing aids in a hire car in France. They were able to replace it promptly and even put on new filters and tips at no charge while I waited. Thank you for excellent service.

Amplifon in Northampton is excellent, received very good service from Kas the Audiologist, had a free hearing test & two weeks free trial with hearing aids. Everything was fully explained every step of the way, there was no pressure at all, after the two week trial I was quite happy to purchase my hearing aids. The receptionist was also very friendly & helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with Amplifon, you wouldn't get a better service.

Good morning
I went early for my appointment in Gloucester. The office was closed, so when my appointment time came and went I pressed the bell, and initially no reply. I pressed for longer. Shortly a lady opened the door and when I tried to explain my frustration, after making what was going to be a 36 mile round, she cut across me with her excuses as to why couldn't open the office in a timely fashion. Naturally I was polite and not rude to her, but my voice was slightly raised, due to her tardy timekeeping and not accepting any criticism about this. She obviously has challenges and should not work in a service industry. She then declined to see me, which is fine as I had decided not to spend £3000 with someone who has issues with not accepting polite, heated constructive criticism.

My right-hand hearing aid failed suddenly out of hours - but I was able to arrange a walk-in appointment with the Dorchester branch. A quick response was very important to me because this hearing aid controls the bluetooth function for both aids which I use to connect with my iPad and unbalanced hearing is most annoying. I contacted the branch who were able to arrange a no notice walk-in appointment with the audio technician/receptionist that same day. In very short order, the fault (a broken wire from the unit to the output device) was identified and rectified, and a full check of both hearing aids was carried out. Such great service, always carried out in such a professional; friendly and caring way, seems to me to be absolutely standard and is the main reason for me being with this branch for many years - many thanks Lania! I can confidently recommend their services to everyone.

Went to Chelmsford branch and seen by audiologist Anshul. My digital hearing aids needed to be reconfigured as me hearing had deteriorated. Anshul was very professional and clearly explained how the testing would be done. Highly recommended.

I purchased new hearing-aids at the Enfield Town branch.
The whole experience was excellent and carried out by Caroline the audiologist who dealt with me.
She was most professional and friendly and explained my test results very clearly and advised without any pressure what hearing aids would be most suitable.

Excellent service over two months. Problem solved and hearing aids working very well as expected. Justin appears to run the Eastbourne shop on his own and is always helpful with follow up appointments.

I received from Ali, the audiologist, a thorough and exacting hearing test. The results were very helpful and he was very honest in not recommending a hearing aid.

Today I had an appointment at Amplifon in liverpool.What a pleasant experience it turned out to be.I was first met by.Denise a very nice lady.I was then introduced to Caroline the Audiologist.Caroline listened very patiently to my problems and then explained how she would solve them,what a nice lady she was.When the appointment finished I was a very happy man

The hearing test, at the Reading branch of Amplifon, was extemely thorough, and no pressure was put on the customer to buy. The hearing aids were loaned free of charge, as was the test itself.

I visited Amplifon in Truro Cornwall this morning and could not have been better treated than by audiologist Mark. He knows his stuff. Asks questions, really listens to the answers and any information and applies it all to you as an individual. He's very understanding and explains everything clearly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Major or minor if you have a hearing problem go and see him.

I am 78 and increasingly have needed to ask friends to repeat conversations. The Amplifon offer to try a hearing aid and return it within sixty days seemed like a opportunity to assess the benefits and find out any drawbacks. I was a bit sceptical but Barry in the Winchester test centre was very understanding and helpful. His expertise steered me to the correct choice which has made a very big difference to my quality of life and even removed the need for sub titles on the television! I am really pleased with the change and recommend the quality of care and the Amplifon products to everyone.

I am a peadeatric patient. I have gone 3 years with the NHS not believing me and saying my hearing loss is because of mild hay fever. However the people at the romford branch of the amplifon company not only have believed me but within my first appointment have given me hearing aids. This has helped me immensely. I now am able to hear my mum's voice properly, along with other things. I had forgotten even what I sounded like..

Excellent service and professional advice. My wife and I took advantage of the Amplifon 14 day free trial of hearing aids. A comprehensive hearing test was executed by Hima the audiologist, who was very careful and informative. Aids were selected and programmed to the test results. These were worn free for 12 days with a check and adjust midway. Lania the lovely receptionist offered and provided coffee. A pleasant and comfortable experience.

I first attended your York branch some three years ago and received outstanding service
I have again had cause to attend for further treatment when the service I received was just as good
When I was younger respect and service were the order of the day but sadly only a few retail outlets maintain these standards but fortunately Amplifon do and your staff are a credit to you.
I am almost 95 so possibly will not live long enough to require your services again but if I do I shall look forward to visiting your “Angel of the North” again.

Two excellent reviews for Yus at Peterborough.
Firstly I went to my local shop on 3 October 2023 for an annual hearing test. It was the first time I had met Yus and I was very impressed she was very professional but at the same time very kind caring, she adjusted my hearing aids and I could hear so much better. Then l had to go back two days later after a fall in my garden landing side ways causing the left side of my face to land on a rock and shattering my hearing aid. First thing Monday morning with no appointment booked I went back to Yus she fitted me in between customers check my ear which had some cuts saying they were healing nicely and she would send my hearing aid back. I had a phone call from the very nice receptionist arranging an appointment for me to collect my hearing aid. Once again I met Yus and received excellent service I had before. Now I have my hearing aid back.
I am so grateful for all the help they gave me.

I need to record my sincere thanks to Gizeli Nanni at the Chelmsford branch, who dealt with an unexpected problem I had, with great skill patience today. I had managed to lodge a hearing aid rubber in my ear (don’t ask!) I had no idea it was there, causing whistling. Gizeli removed it and solved the problem with not even a reproach for my careless action. Thank you Gizeli!!
