had a problem with the clock hands as it was faulty, emailed them twice and no response, very bad customer service

Clock arrived fairly quickly but quality is very poor for price paid, bits of plastic and a flimsy template. Not great quality at all. 2 stars given purely on the fact it arrived quickly. Looks cheap.

The customer service is second to none. I bought the Vulpecula Clock 2 years ago and over those 2 years I requested new hands for the clock as my existing ones got bent when putting the hour back. The second time, the mechanics were not keeping the clock on time. Both requests I offered to pay and each time they sent a new set free of charge. What fantastic service. I highly recommend this business to anyone thinking of buying such unusual and beautiful wall clocks.

We bought a clock 5 years ago. After redecorating we needed a new template as we’d thrown it away. Amy responded immediately and send us a new template with no charge. Excellent customer service and we still love our funky clock

Very pleased with the overall look of the clock. It's unique. It's contemporary and hides very well with our decor and only took 10 days to arrive. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something different to the normal run of the mill clock.

Delivered on time with no issues

Looking for something different for the wife when she was decorating the house and found this company and she is delighted we bought a wall clock first and then ordered wall art a couple of weeks later it clearly states what it is so people not happy should read it before buy as it’s the art work you are paying for would definitely recommend

We searched the internet high and low and the ONLY company that seemed to provide what we wanted was Amysdeco
The clock looked great and although expensive, the website and video looked great!
The dimensions were listed on the website but I needed to query the height as we have a limited area in which to place it

Numerous emails and the question asked several times, varying in the way it was worded and still non-the-wiser.
Just copying and pasting information that is already there
I read the T's & C's, for returns, and you can return for free but at the customers cost

I did not want to buy if it is going to cost me to return

They quote the legal 14 days return window:
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the statutory period of the right of withdrawal is fourteen clear days from receipt of the product
They also quote French law:
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any order presumes the full and complete adhesion by the customer to these terms and conditions.

I decided to use their WhatsApp system ... to try to verify the actual maximum height of the clock

The person at the end of the chat was the same person that was replying to my emails ...
As you can imagine, we got nowhere fast

Reading the reviews and at 2.4 i am SO GLAD I did not proceed
I will take the advice of another reviewer and source the parts myself and use my own creativity to create a clock that will definitely fit in my assigned area

Given 2 stars on the fact delivery was quick- 4 days and clock does look nice but looks like £20 clock not £90 odd and which was actually supposed to be 20% discount ( one of those that ends on the day youre looking on the site funnily enough ).
Quick google on the internet and you can buy from perspex companys various shapes in all colours with buffed edges for under a £1. Add a £2 quid clock mechanism like the one they supply, use a bit of imagination and Bobs your uncle .

I wanted to support a UK company when purchasing a clock. Although it is a .co.uk web address and has the GB flag in the corner of their website it is a French company.

I like the design of the clock we bought but the bees are far too big and plastic and look like prehistoric flies

Very happy with my clock. Quick delivery and it looks great.

Received my clock but not the colours I paid extra for. Customer services said they would rectify this but I have received nothing. Also, in my option, the clock is not worth the money paid. I would recommend you not using this company

I hadn't seen these reviews before purchase but I'm glad as my experience was nothing but excellent. Loved the choices, went for the "Pola" and am delighted. Delivery was around 2 weeks which was expected. I also had to contact post sale (used WhatsApp) and service again was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Cheap plastic, flimsy, will not last 5 mins and a complete rip off at around £100. Don't touch!

I ordered 3 clocks, all of which arrived well packed, intact and exactly what I ordered

There is a lot of negative reviews about this company some of which can relate to my experience however purchasing was easy. I had a question about changing the size of a clock from 500mm to 750 which they responded a day later with the answer telling me they couldn’t do it which led me to believe they don’t actually manufacture these like they imply on the site. Choosing colours is not bespoke or custom it is determined in my mind as options, bespoke or custom means you can change the size material etc. I also sell homeware and this where my website is clear about it! We don’t sell anything we can’t alter to make larger or smaller or even change the finish.

They also have a Union Jack on the website implying they are in the uk but they’re not. The clocks and probably all their wares come from France in a box branded jolie harmonie. Which I think Amy’s deco resells.

On the website it looks like they make the wares from 5mm acrylic when they don’t as it’s 3mm however it’s no big deal for me just means it has less substance. I got my clock half price and I’m glad as it’s worth no more than that. Fitting was easy instructions were clear and template was great.

Takes about a week and a half to arrive from France.

Missing hands so unable to use the clock. I have emailed and phoned for the last three weeks with no response whatsoever, so am left with a very expensive clock that i cannot use. I will be claiming the money back from the bank.

Clock was delivered late having come to UK from France via Switzerland (why?). Anyway, it looks good but it doesn't work. Have tried for 6 weeks to get a response from them via email and phone but no response at all. I will have to resort to claiming a refund from Mastercard but have a clock stuck to my wall which only tells the correct time twice a day. Very poor.

Bought a wall clock and it had a couple of pieces missing was really happy with the clock looked fantastic shame about missing pieces however I contacted Amy’s deco and they sent me a complete new one no questions asked,can say quality is very good and reasonable price,would definitely buy again and recommend thanks for the good service .

Purchased a clock that does not keep the right time. Have tried multiple times to get in touch with the company but they do not reply to emails. Very frustrated and disappointed. Now have an expensive large clock stuck to our wall that does not tell the correct time.
