Please please avoid this company ..its bad !! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced ...They don't respond to messages left on the phone ..or emails sent They pretend they are UK based when in fact the clocks are made in France . The clock mechanism and clock hands something you would expect to buy in the Poundshop .Still awaiting response with regards shipping the item back to France ..

Absolutely disgraceful, would not recommend anybody use this company. The clock I got was to be put together with twin stick the hands were rust and not black. I have tried loads of times to get in touch with Caroline but it just says pops lost connection when you see her name or rather when she see’s your name. Please please avoid you will have a nightmare getting your money back. Or even trying to speak to someone.
And by the way this company is in France and not England so don’t be fooled by the Union Jack in the left hand side at the bottom of the screen.

Very disappointed noway these clocks are worth £100 I sent them a email to say I was satisfied and never replied what I think is very rude so maybe I will get a response if I but a review

Ordering was easy, package arrived from France which isn't clear on the Web site and therefore took about 10 days to be delivered. On opening the box they had failed to put the actual clock part in! So I'd have to say the quality control is poor. On emailing they were quick to respond and notified me they were shipping the missing part. A second chase email was not replied to as to where the part was. After another 10 days wait and packaged badly, just a jiffy bag arrived and part of the clock had pierced the envelope. Thankfully there was no damage and we assembled the parts and are pleased with the results. Im not sure it's worth what I paid even with the discount, but it is different and looks great in our new kitchen.

Clock arrived and didn't work. Was advised my issue had been referred to customer services but heard nothing then parts arrived in post with no note. I wrote to advise that as the clock was faulty, I expected a new clock. Was told they had provided parts so I could repair. I asked for instructions and tried to repair. This was not an easy thing to do and I couldn't get the mechanism to work fully. The hands are unaligned. Was told if I wanted a refund I would have to send the clock back. I was unaware they are based in France. This isn't clear when you purchase. I kept the clock as I didn't want to pour any more money down the drain but the clock doesn't function properly. Dreadful company and dreadful customer service.

The clock when displayed does actually look quite nice and is unusual in design and colourful and quirky.

On the down side from the description it didn’t feel it was clear how basic the product was and the assembly side of things. As a consequence not value for money.

I would say there are three things that could make it better.

1. The packaging is poor as a consequence the clock arrived damaged.

2. Customer service support is poor, the phone isn’t answered messages left, call not returned. Numerous email’s sent not all replied too. Replaced parts eventually arrived roughly 3 months to resolve all jet not the complete correct ones sent. So decide not to follow up further, and used what we had.

3. The instruction to put together are poor and not easy to follow. Putting on the wall would be easier if it included a paper template so as easier to mount the items in the right place.

Which for 60£ one would expect, the value of the parts is probably less than £5.

I emailed this company in May 21 looking to see if I was able to change part of my product to another colour, and was advised by Caroline that this would be possible. Upon deciding on a colour my emails have since been ignored and not having any joy via telephone either, horrendous customer service...

Ordered several clocks for our office (c.18 in total) at quite a cost. 3 have been received the rest have never turned up. We thought we were buying from a UK shop but we weren't and customs issues have ensued and it's become a complete nightmare. This has been going on since June, it's now November. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I am absolutely delighted with this company. From the way the website works, showing you exactly what your clock will look like as you customise it, to how accurate the template and instructions were. I even had one tiny piece missing and they are already sending a replacement piece. Couldn’t be more impressed.

To be honest when my clock arrived I was disappointed all I saw were prices like a jigsaw and I was going to return it. I thought twice. I am so glad that I did, it is absolutely beautiful the colours are perfect. Very happy customer.

Clock came in a box in pieces all scratched for £91 i would expect better packaging treid calling messaging on the number they supply no answer at any time of the day.
Email response was shocking .no customer service skills at all they wanted me to return the clock at my expense AVOID THIS COMPANY tracking the clock was a joke on their website I have still not recieved the item. Shocking service and product

Was a little unsure about purchasing the clock as there were no reviews to be found however I took the chance and to no disappointment the clock arrived from France to the UK within their 2 week time frame with easy to follow instructions and a great wall template. With your order number you can track your item through the build and post process which helps with delivery expectations.
The clock looks great and is made with sturdy materials unlike some of the other wall clocks out there.
