Please do not use this company unless…

Please do not use this company unless you like to be let down with communication and never receiving your item. I ordered a clock 7 weeks ago with a delivery within 10 days and it never arrived. Occasionally I would receive a reply but only with useless tracking that shows the item moving from France and back again only to be stuck on December 1st. If I could give a company a zero review I certainly would because Amy's Deco deserves a Zero. Money was refunded after contacting my credit card company but I wasted so much time.

Do not order from this business

The clock I ordered in a particular colour arrived in the wrong colour. I have had no response to repeated emails. I have just written off well over £100 as my clock will go in the bin.
Do not purchase from this company.

Ceased Trading?

Ordered a wall clock 6 weeks ago. Received an order number and a tracking number from the French postal service.

Still no sign of the clock being delivered and when I track the shipment it tells me that the order is still with the French postal service.

Emailed Amy's Decor several times - no response.
Phoned the UK mobile contact number given on their website and left messages asking for information and a return call - no response.

I'm guessing that the company has ceased trading. American Express kindly refunded the money paid.

The clock arrived broken and wrong colour

The clock arrived broken and the colour orientation was not what I had chosen, I have emailed the company including pictures of broken parts and wrong colour and have not received a reply.
This was supposed to be a present, I am very disappointed.
I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so.

Bad Company AVOID

This is a company everyone should avoid, I got my clocks but coming from France, I had to pay customs fees which is not a problem. However I ordered two items totalling £174 and they entered twice the value on the customs form so I ended up paying £86. When I told them by email to both the uk and and the French customer service advisors there is NO response. I am now going to report it to PayPal and get the money back and it will ruin their name. If there was a way I could give no stars I would have. So a cowboy company AVOID.

I purchased a clock from Amy Deco on the 1st January 2022, It looked really nice and fitted in well with my decor, but after a few days the clock stopped working. I did manage to contact the company and they send out another mechanism, which again after a couple of weeks also stopped working. I have tried several ways to contact them. They do not answer the phone and they have not responded to emails that I have sent through the website contact form. I was just going to return the clock but can not find a UK address on the website to return it to. I never leave reviews and really do not like giving companies bad reviews as I know how upsetting it can be, but on this occasion, I do not have anywhere else to go with this company, and I do not want others to waste their money.

What an absolute shoddy service!!!!

What an absolute shoddy service!!!!! Ordered a wall clock which took ages to get delivered. You can never get hold of customer services, the contact number is wrong and finally managed to get the correct number which nobody answered!!! No response to my emails!!! Even the clock I ordered looks so cheap, what they call it customised design is just a colorful paper cut design which they pasted on a very ordinary looking clock. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE LOTS AGAIN!!! Please be careful before you do too!!!

Awful company

Awful company, absolutely shocking customer service, cannot get hold of them whatsoever. Emailed 6+ times and tried to call, the number on the website is not even active.
States a short production/delivery time however we waited 4+weeks for it to even be sent out, and they give you no updates at all, as I say, you CANNOT reach customer service. appalling company.
The price for what the get is unbelievable! It’s extremely cheaply made and for the price you expect a fantastic clock. Don’t waste your money with the ‘silent ticker’ option either as the clock is silent anyway.
Avoid company at all costs, would never recommend and would not use again. Wish we never wasted our money!!!

Not received my clock yet over a month overdue

I ordered a wall clock which I haven’t received can’t get hold of the courier can’t get hold of Amysdeco I’ll ring them on the phone they never ring me back I’ve emailed him they never emailed me back there’s something drastically wrong with the company absolutely disgusted with him I would not recommend anybody to buy anything from this company because I do not return calls do not email you back and I’m still waiting for my package which is a month overdue

AVOID!
Our clock arrived broken in pieces. Only found out after the fact that this is not a British company. Had to pay £18 to return the clock for a partial refund. Also the clock that had arrived looked like something my 2 year old could have made. Don't give these people your money.

Poor quality and over priced

Received my clock today no way is it worth £79 it’s very cheap looking . You get a template that you put the bits into I could of made the clock myself. I assumed it came already assembled very poor quality especially at that price

Ordered my very expensive clock in…

Ordered my very expensive clock in March for a birthday present on the 24th March. To date I have received 2 sets of the clock hands 5 weeks apart - nothing else. They never answer the phone or answer the many emails I have sent asking for my money back or even send me an address where I can send the clock hands back as they are no good without a clock. Do not touch this company with a bargepole I have lost over £80 .

Really pleased with my clock

Received my clock this morning. Was worried about the bad reviews. So glad I went ahead and purchased my clock its looks lovely on wall. Colours true to the picture. So easy to order from this company and they kept me well informed from start to finish. Came in 10days like they said it would and was packaged really well.

I wish I’d checked trustpilot before ordering 🙈
Clock arrived in reasonable time and even Though I knew some parts had to be put together I assumed this just meant the hands etc. the whole clock face came in very small parts and looked liked something my kids could make at school. Very cheap looking and disappointing. The company is actually France based so I emailed to say I wanted to return. They provided an address, I sent the clock back and then heard nothing, despite emailing to ask about the refund. Avoid this company. The products are poor and cheap looking, I’d be surprised if anyone could stick on the wall and look Ok and the customer service is shocking. AVOID

Incomplete Order, Poor Standards of Customer Service

Incomplete Order - Horrendous Customer Service
I ordered two personalised items; a wallclock and wall art.
One order (clock) is fine, although it’s looks a bit “cheap” and poor quality it did arrive complete and was reasonably easy to fit.
My other order from Amy’s Deco has been (and is currently) a nightmarish experience. Complicated to fit, poor instructions provide, plus the order came incomplete, then they have had further attempts to retrieve the situation but have failed miserably on two further occasions. My wall art is still incomplete on my wall.
Their “customer service department” is comical and is not fit for purpose ... their response times are slow and they continue to blame “the factory” when I request a refund.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS... they certainly DO NOT look after their customers.
Take a few moments to read the reviews BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING from this company.

Do not touch this company

Do not touch this company, they are soooo unprofessional and the clocks are very poor quality. Absolutely rubbish....!
The clock I ordered didn't work, I emailed to say I was going to send back and they said that was ok, that I would get a full refund on return of the clock. I sent the clock recorded delivery to be signed for and they refused to except the package. So the clock was returned back to me, I emailed again and they said sorry and to send again. So I posted back again and again it was refused, so I received the clock back for the second time. They are so unprofessional and don't deserve any business from anybody. Clock was £100. Plus my postage £30.
Crap company, crap products and crap staff......!
