I have two more account that have not…

I have two more account that have not been resolved and was not contacted in regards to my account with you Tyler was informative, but feel that my negotiator should have called me sooner than the last month on my 32 month contract.

Really very helpful

DON"T DO IT

DO NOT USE! Their communication is awful! I have tried to call many times and they keep you on hold and you NEVER receive a specific answer.

Mixed reviews

After my call to Anchor on Monday, and in compliance with the representative's suggestion to call back on the 28th, I called back. The first call today was answered by Kimberly, and she dropped the call after 20 minutes, without clearly answering any of my questions.
I then called Anchor again, and talked to Garren, who was pleasant and helpful, and answered my questions as best he could. He also promised to have a different department email me a new contract which should reflect the adjustments made after my first call this week.
In pointing out Anchor's discrepancies in basic bookkeeping, I hope my suggestions were helpful to your future transactions and their accuracy.

My representative was the BEST…

Nothing but positive things to say about the rep i spoke to yesterday at Anchor. She was polite, respectful and so easy to work with to answer my questions and get me what i wanted. I also spoke to her supervisor to give her a great review!!! Her name was Kiana, not sure i'm spelling it right!!!!! Thank you

Worst customer service experience of my life

I have nothing positive to say about this program whatsoever. It has wasted my time and cost me more money and legal problems than I ever would have imagined. I was sold a bill of goods and advise anyone to search any other form or means possible to settle your debts. I am a very patient and understanding person but this experience has been truly unbelievable.

WORST DECISION EVER

WORST DECISION EVER! This settlement program is terrible. I have had my bank accounts levied, my wages garnished, and still no answers. Just poor CSR'S apologizing for my discouragement. I currently have an account that I have inquired about its status several times and the only answer I ever get is "we are working on reassigning that to someone". How long does it take to delegate work? It has been months. So, I imagine when my current garnishment is paid, I will be garnished again for this account that I continue to inquiry about. Do your homework please, and read the Better Business Bureaus complaints before committing to anything with Anchor Law Firm. I wish someone had told me to do that.

So disappointing

I spend a lot of time contacting Anchor Law Firm, too much in fact. I called with specific questions which were not answered. I was also told I wasn't allowing the representative to speak and finish a sentence. Who says that in a customer service role? No one should. After I stated my question was not answered I was laughed at by the representative and I informed her it wasn't funny and inappropriate to laugh at me. She said she was going to put me on a brief hold but at that point I was frustrated, insulted and disconnected from the call. Probably not the best time to request I complete a survey.

Appreciative To Anchor Law Firm As Always

Since I have been nearer to the end of my consolidation and December 2020 was the final date for my draft withdrawal, my earlier monthly check-up calls have gone bimonthly. This will likely be one of my final check-ins and I was thrilled that I had a chance to speak to Kyanah, a representative for Anchor. We had a great conversation, as she reached out to my coordinator, reviewed my account, and congratulated me on hanging in there for the long haul. It was lovely discussing matters, not only on a business level but knowing that - through her words - she was happy for my accomplishment because this a major achievement in my life. Kyanah was professional but kind and it was a delight talking to her. Once again, it made me realize that going with Anchor Law Firm a few years ago was the right choice when they have employees like her working for them.

Help with loan clarifications

I called to check on delaying my payment by a few days, and to check on my payments.
The person I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. She explained the process for checking to get approval for the delayed payment. Explained the steps and that she would have to take a verbal statement from me that this is what I wanted to do.
She then was very helpful in going over my account, explaining my loans being paid off right now and the 2 future ones still to go.
It really helped put me at ease, and made me feel better and that I was being taken care of.

I called this afternoon to explore reducing my monthly draft. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely professional, polite, engaging in conversation and knowledgeable regarding her job!!! She (and I’m terribly sorry I don’t remember her name), was able to answer all of my questions and treated me like I was the most important person in the world. At the end all was handled to my satisfaction.
I’ve been dealing with Anchor for a little over 3 years and this was another great experience.
This young lady represents Anchor at the highest levels. She deserves a raise. Cheers
