I was threatened in dec 2019 by one of…

I was threatened in dec 2019 by one of my creditors to take me to court. You were handling my account at that point for 3 YEARS yet BJs account and Citi bank was never settled over 3 Years. So this year 2020 I get another notice from BJs taking me to court in Dec 2020. Again you had one more year now we are talking Four years to settle this and the Citi bank.
When I originally signed into this program it was for only 3years, now without me knowing I am at four years. I have been calling on Oct 15, sent in via email the scanned court documents. You would think I would get a reply. So I called since no one called me on November 2, that would be over two weeks later and spoke to a Seri Burton on 11/2. She looked at the accounts that have not been settled, and said she would look into it and get back to me.
So today on 11/18 I get a message from George Allan to call, I did and the person read a note from George Allan instead of putting me through to talk to him directly. At one point Brian who I called in October, asked me for a number for Citi bank as it was busy and he did not want to remain on the line with Citi bank. Why the hell would I have the number? That is not good service.
I have over 5 thousand dollars in my account and will be adding another 1000 dollars Dec 1 which is not that far away. Your Service is far from Good not even fair.

David was the absolute best person at Anchor

David was the absolute best person I have spoken to at your company. He explained everything that is happening with my account in great detail and everything he told me made 100% sense. In the past when I have called, I have been given the run around and, when I was told someone would call me back, it never happened.
It was extremely refreshing to get someone on the phone like David!

Any lawyer available?

We have two business days before the scheduled trial date, but I have yet to hear from Anchor or any litigator. I am told that I'll get a call back, but never do. This is disappointing beyond words.

Got sued by Discover, Anchor said they would get me a lawyer to represent me in court. Lawyer showed up 1 time out the 19 appearances i had in court. Court finally awarded Discover their money because Lawyer never showed up. Also they added another $2500 on top of that, this owed to a Marshal for serving me who sent me paperwork through the mail. Not once did i get a phone call from lawyer, receive email or notification that this was going on. I get certified letter from my employer that they were going to garnish my wages for the court settlement that Anchor was suppose to handle. i was giving them $700 a month for to help settle my debt for the last 2 years. What Happen??? where has my money gone??? what have you been doing all this time???? i know you may have settle a few of my debt but what happened here? This wasn't supposed to happen!!!! how could i pay $700 and the $400 they wanted to garnish my pay check bi-weekly???
People Beware!!!!! please read reviews!!!! This is a very disappointing experience!!!!!! I RECOMMEND TO DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!, DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!, AND NOT TO USE ANCHOR LAW FIRM. HIRE SOMEONE FROM YOUR OWN STATE!!!!! NOT SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER STATE OUT WEST WHO DOESN'T KNOW OTHER STATE LAWS.

Not happy with how my affairs are being…update It seems my iPhone created an alternate email address which was Erroneous sorry guys it was on my end.

This has been nothing but a bad…

This has been nothing but a bad experience...I will never do this again...this company will not help you in any way..if you get taken to court they just ignore you and you are on your own...they also tell you at the beginning that the total price is all you have to do but yet constantly want you to pay more every month...its easier and cheaper to do all this on your own

Stress Relieved

After of more than a month off due to illness and a set of broken toes I was at a loss . Still not able to go back work yet I was really worried about my next payment , so I had to call in and tell them my problem and talked to Paris . I told her my problem and she helped me relax and was able to stop worrying . Thanks for all the great work .

Paris in Customer Service

The customer service person that I spoke to, Paris, was excellent and provided amazing customer service . I explained my issue, she put me on a brief hold and came back and told me that we could handle the issue . She was very polite and courteous as well as well spoken. I enjoyed my conversation with her as she was bery professional !

Very frustrated!

I have been trying for a few weeks to get my last debt negotiated. I have a negotiator, Brian, and have requested on several occasions that he call me. I have had no luck. I have paid my last payment to Anchor and would like to resolve this last issue before Sept. ends and I have to pay again to keep my Global account open. This is very frustrating!

TERRIBLE!!!! Verging on unethical in my own opinion!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This has been the worst experience! Customer beware. Their estimates of what we would pay over the lifetime of the program were way off! They did NOT deliver what we signed up for and this ended up costing us THOUSANDS!!!!! So if they say you owe "x" amount for so many payments and then all of your accounts would be settled - That's a flat out LIE! We found out the hard way. Paid all of our payments on-time for 4 years and then after the last payment was made told we would need THOUSANDS more to complete and even that was another estimate. RUN!!!!!

Anchor reached out to me after I left this review saying they'd have a team member reach out to me so I could reconsider my review. I am done with their unsuccessful program. I have talked to many many people on their team and they were fully aware of how bad their results were. I stand by my review 100%. I don't see the point of dealing with them now, after my dealings with them have finally ended. They should have been working with me as soon as they realized there was a problem. They never offered any solution except for me to pay more money. Now they want a good review. That's just not happening from me. I can't think of a single option that they could come up with at this point that could fix the issue at this point. So unless they have some new amazing information for me that I haven't already discussed, I think frankly it will be a waste of my time. I've already wasted my time with them. I don't however feel that this review was a waste of time as I hope that someone else will be saved this horrible situation.

Horrible Customer Service and representation

My contract ends in September. I have left several messages and have sent emails regarding the finalization of my account and what is to be done about the list of creditors listed in my contract that Anchor Law Firm never addressed. I was previously told 3 different answers by three different people how many were left and have asked on more than one occasion to send me the list of creditors they never addressed and that hasn't happened either. I would say to ANYONE looking for legal services to stay far away from Anchor Law Firm as the customer service is non-existent and they will not give you even satisfactory representation. You WILL NOT get a call back when needed. I have contacted the DCP in AR as I am tired of trying to get their communication. My suggestion, RUN FAST!!!
