I ordered Ancient Remedies several weeks ago, the tracking showed the book had been delivered but I never received it. Reaching out to customer service and explaining the issue, Marican was quick to solve my disappointment by quickly mailing out a replacement. I got the book today and I'm thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Marican!

This company has been charging me monthly for at least 2 years. No way to contact them, so no response.
I went to my credit union and disputed the charges. I could only dispute 2 - 3 months charges. And then I get another charge (it is actually 3 charges each time) this month. I have tried to locate valid contact information, but have not been able to. They continue drafting my account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and will not respond!
Don't risk it. Online info says an Austin Texas address, but when I looked it up, it shows a photo of a high rise building.
I purchased a few items from them several years ago when I lived in that area. It was a storefront in Austin.
I am now looking into other means of cease & desist their continuing to auto-draft my money without my authorization and without receiving any product for more than 2 years. I would appreciate any helpful feedback as to whether this company is still in business.

I have received both refunds thank you , but when both books were sent I did not receive them that was like one month ago,that's the reason I asked for a refund , thank you for the refund

All the custumer service team were very helpful and polite. A little bit of problems with the delivery but they worked out and solved it. Thanks you very much.

Biehn was of great help, and got back to me so fast. I am very excited to read The Natural Healing book and use its remedies. I also bought one for my sister’s birthday. I feel confident in recommending your book to everyone open to natural healing. Thank you for taking away the guess work.

I wish I can say something positive, but so far having a very bad experience. Not only I am not getting the 2 books I ordered (in early April), but I am getting the same ROBOT response after complaining twice. And if that is not enough, the ads keep appearing on my Facebook and email. Daily I get adverts on how the book ships in 5 to 6 days (although my order status says "Preparing Shipping" since I ordered) and even on a Mother's Day special (meaning people that ordered last week probably got their books while I am still waiting for mine). I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone!

Update: I received a tracking number so parcel is on its way, although I will only believe it when I see it...

absolutely useless customer service department.
have been trying, unsuccessfully, to get return instructions for my purchase, since april 26, 2026.
today is may 9, 2026.
perhaps whoever reads this could get the ball rolling?

Book arrived quickly. It is bound beautifully. I had to contact support and they replied within minutes and sorted my enquiry very quickly. Both John and Mayra were very helpful.

My book arrived in the advertised time and was well packed.
After responding to my query on the same day John accelerated it to Maricar who stayed with me, and several emails later we resolved the situation. Politeness, respect, courtesy and intent to resolve was amazing.

I saw a deal for The Natural Remedies book + 2 additional free books a while back on Instagram. I’ve seen this product advertised for years and it has good reviews so I bought it. Absolutely awful. My initial order was around $51, that’s fine, but I never received a confirmation email. Then when I checked my account there was an additional charge of $79! They claimed I ordered something that I did not, unless it was snuck into the insane amount of advertising in the checkout process. The $79 was reversed to my account but I still wanted the books so they confirmed they were shipped and would arrive between 7-12 business days. I waited 3 weeks until I told them just to refund all of my money which they did. Just pretty upset with the whole experience.

Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, the books can't be shipped to my region. Mayra handled letting me know + the issue of a refund with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Great book. We are enjoying it tremendously. Also enjoying the other books & the bonuses & the recipe cards. All helpful for what we were looking for. Just fantastic!

When I didn't receive my order as expected, upon contacting the service department, Marianne attended to my inquiry and my order was delivered very promptly.

I have had the most wonderful experience with the Ancient Remedies team. At first I received a different book to the one I originally wanted. I wrote to the support team and explained and received a prompt reply from J, he then explained he would pass me on to the fulfillment team, I received another prompt reply from B, who said he would get the book I had thought I’d ordered.He let me know he was getting my order ready for shipping. What a marvellous friendly efficient team. My grateful thanks from this side of the world.
