Andrew Grant has been very helpful and professional in all their dealings with us. We were very happy and impressed with Annabel who looked after us from May2025 till February 2026. She kept in touch throughout offering advice and encouragement and nothing was too much trouble for her.
During the sale and completion she was always available to help us when we needed encouragement. She is a great asset to your company.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. As first time buyers this was a daunting process but Andrew Grant communicated well, answered questions promptly and gave reassurance when needed. Tonia especially was very down to earth and approachable.
We initially had to pay a reservation fee which we were happy to do as we were committed buyers. The fee was returned the day we exchanged contracts.
If in the future I was looking at selling my home I would definitely consider Andrew Grant.

Check For Restricted Covenants Before Making Offer on the Property and Paying Reservation Fee

We were notified about restrictive Covenants attached to the land after going through Conveyancing Process and ended paying both reservation and conveyancing fee , even though covenants were clearly mentioned in Sellers legal Title.
The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman.

As the owners of Andrew Grant, we have never felt compelled to respond directly to a review before, but the posting of wholly misleading reviews cannot go uncorrected. This review implies the direct opposite of what our records and transcripts evidence. These reveal that, despite their protestations, these buyers were made fully aware by their own advisors before they made their complaint that the covenants dating from 1980 were in place and entirely standard for such a property.

Virtually all communications were conducted by email and these show that Tara and Louise acted with the greatest courtesy and professionalism at all times (GDPR compliant versions available for inspection). The post suggests the opposite and meanwhile we were also threatened with Trading Standards and negative social media posts. We are not perfect and always put our hands up if we get something wrong. Meanwhile, our brilliant team work very hard to meet the highest standards and provide the best experience for clients, as the vast majority of reviews attest.

I cannot recommend Andrew Grant highly enough. Will initially handled the letting of my property with efficiency and professionalism, finding excellent tenants quickly and making the whole process stress-free.
When I decided to sell the property, they seamlessly managed the transition from landlord services to sales.
Louise and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout sale processes. Their communication was excellent, they were always responsive, and I felt completely informed and supported.
They are a credit to the firm and made what can be a stressful time incredibly smooth.

Very happy, as a new landlord.

I’ve had a great experience with Andrew Grant Lettings. My property was marketed quickly and efficiently with wonderful photos! I'm particularly pleased with my agent, Emily. She has been professional, patient, and supportive throughout my rental journey. Emily is always approachable and reliable, and she does a fantastic job looking after both me and my tenants.

We had a few teething problems with the property, but Emily handled everything quickly and efficiently, giving me real peace of mind. Overall, very happy with Andrew Grant Letting and extremely grateful for Emily’s ongoing help and dedication.

Exceptional Property Manager

We have been letting out our property with Andrew Grant since 2021 and have always been very impressed with the service we have had from them. Since we live overseas Andrew Grant manages the property for us on a full management basis.
We have had several property managers during this time, the most recent being Daniel Pycock. Dan came on board just at the time that we decided to do renovations to our property. We have had exceptional service from him, and he has been the best Property Manager that we have ever had by far. He’s helped us with a whole bathroom renovation, new flooring throughout, electrical repairs, redecorating etc. This included arranging on-line meetings with contractors, documenting all our requirements, obtaining quotes, giving us informed and regular feedback in a timeous and diligent manner. We could not have done these renovations without him.
Dan’s people and communication skills are outstanding. He deals with our queries and questions calmly and professionally and it has been wonderful to work with him. Nothing we have asked him to do has been too much effort. He has been so willing to assist us.
Our project is almost completed and the final stages of tidying up and cleaning are underway. Dan has already secured us a new tenant who is due to move in at the end of November 2025.
We have greatly appreciated Dan’s help and efforts and are very thankful to him.

Excellent Management

This is the first time I have been helped by Daniel Pycock. He was friendly, conscientious and made it obvious that he was there to help with any questions or problems.
Any emails were answered swiftly and Daniel found a new tenant very quickly with the apartment being left vacant for just over two weeks.
Truly grateful for all his help.

New managing agent

Since recently joining Andrew Grant, Daniel Pycock has taken on the role of Managing Agent for our rental property in Malvern. He has alerted us to the fact that our electrical safety certificate needs renewing and has arranged for this to be actioned. In addition, while carrying out a routine inspection visit, he picked up the fact that our tenant was anxious about the fitting of a new fire door and took the trouble to pass her concerns onto us.
We have found Daniel to be very helpful, proactive and courteous to our tenant and I am sure that he has a fine career ahead of him in the property business.

A great service!

Absolutely abhorrent service

Absolutely abhorrent service. The owner of this company cannot follow the most simple of court ordered instructions. We have no signed contract with them as per TPO code of conduct. Now emailed me to say they are gonna invoice £12k despite no contract being in place.

This post warrants a comprehensive explanation for what has been, and remains, an incredibly complicated situation.

We were instructed to sell four joined properties in 2022 by the two vendors of this property who were divorced and whose personal relations and cooperation over disposal of assets had broken down. This made communications with one or both of them complex and, at most times, impossible. The properties were launched to the market in 2023 and, to date, we have had 166 recorded conversations with the vendors, an estimated 40 plus calls to one of the owners of Andrew Grant private mobile and 173 vendor emails. We conducted 88 viewings and received 26 offers, many at the price point required, but none of which were agreed by both parties. In total, this amounted to many hundreds of hours of work.

Due to the impossibility of the situation, we withdrew as agents in 2024, only to be reinstructed the same year via a family court order over which we were not consulted. The order instructed us to submit a marketing plan, which we subsequently did, having in mind at all times that it is our legal obligation to work for the benefit of both vendors. This was made particularly difficult due to breaches of listed building consent and late changes of information regarding standard planning permissions obtained. The vendor posting here did not agree with our proposed solution, which was designed to offer the best return for both parties and went on to oppose it in court. We understand that the court has subsequently varied our appointment, again without reference to us and we are at the time of this response still awaiting sight of that order. Up until that time, we remain engaged and of the opinion that our marketing plan, whatever agent is engaged, is the only equitable solution.

Meanwhile, our fee, if it becomes due, seems very reasonable for the three years and many hundreds of hours of hard work put in. Finally, it is worth saying that we have had no similar complaint from the other vendor.
