Michael thanks for providing a great customer service in dealing with the boiler issue at the property I'm renting. I shared that I my child was unwell and the boiler wasn't working and you assisted in getting a contractor to come to the property on the same day. The engineer was great and he sorted it out immediately.

Thanks to the Andrew Louis team (specifically Michael & Alesha) who found me a new tenant and then organised the necessary repairs to my property efficiently to enable the new tenants to move in with the minimum of delay. Well done guys.

Have been with Andrew Louis for a number of years and very happy with the excellent service we have received over the years from Jemma and Co. Totally agree with the other reviews to say nothing is too much trouble, very professional and any issues are dealt with quickly. I highly recommend Andrew Louis and only wish they were dealing with the block management for our flat also!

Recently, the service we have received from Andrew Louis and in particular Jemma and Cerys has been exemplary. They have done everything they could to help me with an issue with Block Maitenance in recent months. They are a delight to deal with, always practive and positive. Nothing is too much trouble and is dealt with in a friendly but thoroughly professional manner.

Couldn’t be any happier with the service we have received from Andrew Louis and in particular Jemma and Katy. They have both done everything possible to make letting a pleasant and pain free experience not only for us as landlords, but also our tenants. Nothing is too much trouble and all requests/tasks are carried out quickly and professionally. We couldn’t ask for anything more. That said, in fairness to the other staff at Andrew Louis with whom we have spoken, they too are a credit to the company!

Last week I booked for a viewing a house of Louis Andrews lettings through Right move and they given me a slot on 27th August 2024 10:30 to 10:45 am, Morning my wife went for the viewing half way they called me and said that " key was wrong so he can't open the door so he cancelling it " and I asked for another time but he refused and told me to contact the office then I waited for the reply from letting but they never so I asked for another time through mail.So they told that they will let me know , but today 28th August 2024 , letting mailed me that they moving forward with some other applicant who given application a week ago but how it's possible to carry out an application without completing the booked viewing on the list , this experience given me a proper view that how Louis Andrews lettings treat customers, I do have all the mails as a proof of this incident

We transitioned from our existing housing company to Andrew Louis last year, after many years of receiving a lacking service from our existing block management company.

Since Andrew Louis has taken over the management of our housing block it’s been a faultless service.
They have been very efficient in dealing with a lot of outstanding issues, have been communicative and very quick in all responses with any matters regardless of the nature.

Connor specifically has been fantastic in leading the management of our building, is always on hand and deals with all issues effectively and with full understanding.

Been renting with this agency for two years now and they have been brilliant. Any time iv had a problem with maintenance they have been on it and gotten someone down next day.

Recently we had a leak in our bathroom and they negotiated with the landlord to install a new bathroom and it looks brilliant.

They don’t hassle with constant check ups either just let you live in peace. Solid team!
