I have had a recent issue with a repair to my property. Jemma has kept me up to date each step of the way and undertaken all communication with the management company for my leasehold apartment. I feel as though she has really cared about the issue. It is refreshing to be kept regularly updated throughout without me needing to chase things. I would recommend Andrew Louis as an agent if you are looking.

This is my second review of the performance of the service I have had from Andrew Louis Estate Agents, who currently provide a full management service of 11 rental properties.
Since taking over, I have maintained 100 per cent rent collection with no arrears.
Payments are made promptly and are sent to me on a monthly basis in an easy to understand format,showing rents received, and all outgoings.
Six monthly inspections have been very thorough, which in turn leads to the properties being managed correctly, eliminating tenant complaints completely.
The staff are always on hand to deal with all issues, giving me the choice to resolve any repairs myself, or use the services of their contractors .
Utilising their fully managed letting service has alleviated many of the stresses involved in property management, and peace of mind knowing that my properties are fully compliant.
Totally satisfied with the service I am receiving from Andrew Louis.

Had an issue with my boiler yesterday and Laura resolved the issue quickly over the phone. She was very polite and helpful!

Always attentive and quick with regards to repairs or issues with the property. Property Manager Laura goes above and beyond to help, even contacting and sorting emergency repairs out of hours. Great contact and help. Work with you in regards to any rent issues and are very understanding in extenuating circumstances. Of late I have had a couple of issues at the property, every one has either been sorted immediately or is being dealt with. Regular follow ups by Laura to ensure things are getting done. Genuinely excellent service.

Andrew Louis have been managing our property in Liverpool for a number of years now and they provide an excellent service. Any issues are dealt with promptly and effectively and the communications between them, ourselves, as landlords, and the tenants are also excellent .
Hayley always replies to our emails promptly and makes sure that any requests regarding repairs , for example, are passed on and dealt with. She is always helpful and friendly and delivers great customer service.

Jemma is an absolute star and has gone over and above the call of duty trying to sort out what's a tricky situation with block management atm. Very good at managing communications with the tennant and everyone else involved. Quick to organise any repairs and progress things in terms of securing tennants. Would highly reccommend :)

Andrew Louis Sales & Lettings Agents have performed extremely well in providing me with firstly a management service when I let out my property for over twelve years and secondly in completing the sale of my property. Andrew Louis' Communication has always been very effective with myself and other parties, with issues always handled with the correct level of urgency. I would like to especially praise Dave Orritt and other members of the Sales Team - for their hard work from the time of the initial valuation to the final completion of the sale of my property. When the buyer's own sale initial fell through they ensured that the momentum of the sale was maintained and the sale was finally completed in good time when my buyer found another buyer for their property

We moved our management company over to Andrew Louis in January 2023 following a negative experience with a previous company. Andrew Louis have been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble. Despite them inheriting a lot of problems, they have dealt with them in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend Andrew Louis to anyone wishing to employ a management company.

Laura and Jemma have both been extremely helpful in regards to a repairs issue that needed immediate attention within my flat. They both kept in touch with me as best they could and gave updates daily. Truly appreciated!
