Following a negative experience from previous managing agents, we moved to Andrew Louis in January 2023. This was the best decision the leaseholders made. The service is impeccable, nothing is to much trouble, they are friendly, efficient, proactive and provide sound advice. Unfortunately Andrew Louis inherited a number of defect issues with our build; they have approached the builders in a professional manner and pursue until resolved.

We had quite a few repairs since we moved in but the main problem we had was leak. There was a lot of hassle figuring out what’s causing the leak and we had a difficult time with the block management agency (which is a different company from andrew louis). We were mentally struggling to deal with the block management but Jemma from Andrew Louis stepped in and pretty much solved everything for us. She kept chasing the matter with the block management who was very defensive and delusional and I even felt like she fought against them for us. We felt really supported by Jemma and she treated us like actual human beings. Without Jemma I don’t think I could’ve gotten these things sorted we really appreciate the effort she’s put in and the kindness she’s shown us. Thank you very much for all your work.

Liberty Place is being neglected
After living in this block for 8 years, within the last 3 years, I can say that my building, Liberty Place, has been neglected by Andrew Louis.
The building is dirty, it smells unpleasant, the carpet is red but looks more brown now.
I have videos of mice running around the floor, in the lift. It is disgusting.
The lift is constantly broken, and having elderly parents, this affects them massively because they simply cannot walk up 9 flights of stairs. How can I carry my shopping from -3 to floor 6?
The front door is unlocked day in day night so anybody could walk into the building.
The intercom system doesn’t work so if I want to let my guests in, I have to walk down 6 flights of stairs, to then walk back up because the lift is broken and we cannot open the door from inside.
The emergency lightening in the corridors doesn’t work so how are we supposed to have a chance in case of an emergency.
Not only is there a security issue in Liberty but also a health and safety issue.
I cannot receive any parcels to my own home, because they get stolen and the blame is on us.
I pay a lot of money per annum for a service charge to cover a service that simply isn’t good enough.
I am not one to get on the phone every day to complain but can you not see that our building is being NEGLECTED.
We need urgent change. And we want it NOW.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I do pay the charge via my rent for services not provided by your company.
I suggest you get the issues resolved because I will keep posting this until it does because writing emails gets ignored and also my calls don't get answered.
Make sure you provide the service which is paid for cos I can be very public.
