My problems with them continue, and system from them still not work correctly and the water stinks so badly and impossible to take a shower and they don't care ! It’s been like this for several months now and they continue to lie to me. Their technicians have been there 3 times already but nothing has been fixed and I have already missed 3 working days because of them and they said that they will send a technician again, and the last time when I canceled my working day again because of them, they called me and canceled the appointment! Now they are trying to make an appointment again and for this I need to miss my work day again and there is no guarantee that they will not cancel again!!! I call them now almost every day and they lie that they will call back, but in 90% of cases no one calls you back! Don't make my mistake and don't work with them! The main thing for them is to sell to you and then you are not important to them and they ignore you! You can find a system like theirs 3 times cheaper, just look on the Internet! and you won’t have that much problems and only this company provides paid services, after which nothing changes and they just take money from you! They are scammers, stay away from them!!

Fantastic response to reported problem. Our water cooler developed a fault; I called to report the issue and received amazing support (from Graham) - he did everything I would expect from an experienced incident manager: he clarified the issue; made several updates to their records to avoid future issues; logged the call; and then gave me a ring back 1 hour later with a comprehensive outline of how and when the solution will be implemented. First class support - thank you.

AVOID !! I wish I checked these reviews back when i got the water cooler. Tried to cancel never rang me back for months. Finally got through (after the phone call charging me £5) was told I’m in a contract until august??? Was never told about an auto renewal contract! Horrific money grabbing company!!

TERRIBLE company. Beware !!!!!!
We were in contract which I rang to end February 2019, was told we were contracted till July. I gave my notice then, said I wanted to leave.
Called again in June. Told me it was too late and contract was automatically renewed!!
Called again January 2020 again, they said I was contracted till end of year.
I paid up to December 2020.
I have had 4 bills saying I owe them money.
I refuse to pay.
I web called on Friday 19 March and they called me back to arrange collection.
Picked machine up today.
Received another e mail with an outstanding bill.
Really bully boy tactics to KEEP you with them.

I have been trying to cancel my accounts since April 2020. I was told I would receive a 3 months free period if I paid my bill. I paid the bill and got nothing. I still have the machines and now I am being told they have tried to contact me but can't get through. Today a call came through only to disconnect once I answered it. I called the number back only for it to disconnect once more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU.

Terrible company. They ignore what it says in the contract. Machine was not regularly sanitized as a result we felt we could not offer it to customers. We've had them forge signatures on days we are closed. constantly breaking and the customer service doesn't seem to learn from previous conversations. A contract works both ways. I'm sure if I breached the contact they would be happy to chase the money. When they are at fault.... Nothing. DO NOT USE!!!!

Also, don't let your contract run out - a day after it ends they'll tie you down to a cancellation fee and all other sorts of nasty things that nasty people do.

After 12 years of custom...
After 12 years of custom, I'm told I need to pay £99 to terminate the contract or commit to paying up until the end of a 12 month (auto-renewal) term. I've still yet to see evidence that we agreed to a 12 month auto-renew term, and feel completely let down as a loyal customer. Calls were not returned, and their attitude towards loyalty makes me glad that we're now leaving. Prior to this they have delivered what we need (although they're certainly not cheap), but this situation they have created leaves a bad taste in my mouth. For that reason the review stands at 1 star until they choose to do the right thing.

Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT get involved with this company. Never had any more than the 3 bottles of water supplied free of charge with cooler as they just didn’t answer order requests or didn’t deliver!! Tried to cancel after the initial year to be told my contract had been renewed automatically and that I would need to pay the full year then the following year I apparantly missed that cancellation period to be told I had to keep it another year. Finally had it removed to be sent a bill from a debt collection agency for £301. Terrible company, I only got involved as thought it was doing something good for charity never again will I be rushed or sucked into something which is ‘’helping a charity’’ shameful company

Been with this company for 9 years. At that time I wasn’t told that After 36 months you are on a continuous renewal 12 month contract. Went to cancel and close my account to be told I will have charges for another 3 months until they close my account. Not happy ☹️
An absolute nightmare
An absolute nightmare. After their delivery was late (yet again - probably for the sixth or seventh time in the past year or so), I called them up to cancel my contract. They talked me into staying by promising to deliver our water on 25th July, so I gave them another chance... only to be let down again. Now they're trying to charge us a cancellation fee, even though they've failed to deliver what they promised on numerous occasions. Atrocious.

having issues with my contract! very disappointed in the service.
absolute joke - warning - do not use
absolute joke. no water for over a month and the rental is still charged. had to reschedule deliveries at least 6-8 times after no show. then upon cancellation no response to emails or calls. instead they try and hold me to contract and drop off more bottles when i asked for them to cancel. people are clearly there but just dont take the call. unprofessional and a waste of time and money - not worth the hassle pay 20p more and get good service

Absolute disgrace of a company. Had my water cooler for 6 years, tried to cancel today, 7/3 and was told that my contract renews annually in January and to cancel I must give 3 months notice. Even if I give the 3 months notice I will be billed until the end of January. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst company ever , overcharged and doing nothing about it , very very very poor service , trying to charge me 238 pound per month for a water machine , that only cost 220 pound to buy , when I complain they threaten me with court charges , disgusting company and service ,

Absolutely terrible experience trying to cancel our water cooler.
Nothing wrong with the product but we have to cancel due to moving to a new premises which already uses a different company for their water and cooler.
On hold for over 30 minutes to three different numbers but funnily enough, they answered immediately when I pretended to try to place a new order.
Nobody explained that we would need to continue to pay £3 p/w for the remainder of a 2 year contract (again, this wasn't agreed to.) We were also only informed of the 90 day notice to cancel when I tried to cancel.
Very easy to sign up to but shockingly hard to leave.
Rude call staff, and a supervisor that kept interrupting whilst I was speaking. Disgusting company which I would advise not to go near

Still waiting for a replacement machine after over 2 months
The water from our machine is dribbling out to the point it is almost unusable and in a workshop where time is money, has been costing us money with men standing around waiting to fill up cups. We reported this on 12th November 2018 and have had two unsuccessful engineer visits since. I have made a number of phone calls and spent another 10 mins on the phone again today to two different people to be told a 2nd replacement machine was ordered on 15th January 2019. Today is the 22nd January. I am about to submit a formal complaint. I wish we had used someone else and if this isn't resolved soon I will be.
