Angel Springs supporting young people's ideas

Angel Springs supported Dudley Youth Awards, a young person's awards evening celebrating positive things young people contribute to society by donating water for the event. As they are a group of volunteers who riase funds for the event to take place the support was wholly appreciated. A community minded organisation who ensured we recycled the bottles used.

Shameful company

Shameful company, overcharging their customers and manipulating you into new contracts when they didn’t even give you the appropriate notice to decide. Poor customer service, poor all round. Never never again and I’ll make sure I post this all over my social media as I have more than 30k on all of my sites. You should be ashamed of yourselves angel springs

i wish i could give negative results - do not do not use this company - hide behind legal terms for poor service - any company that insists on long term rolling contracts do not sign upto as they know their service is poor

Seriously avoid this company

Seriously avoid this company. I cancelled my account in May 2017 as they had never serviced the equipment. I am still receiving bills and threatening letters in February 2018 despite many e-mails and calls from me. Nobody ever phones back or replies to e-mails. This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have tried to have 4 water machines …

I have tried to have 4 water machines off hired and 1 replaced (leaking) nobody will listen and cut me off the phone every time.

Disgraceful service and we will be changing supplier and not paying any invoices until they respond!!!

Never use this company you have been warned

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. READ this review before using this company

Took 5 phone calls and 1 email to get a copy of the service agreement & Terms & Conditions, wanted to terminate the contract only to find the small print says
'minimum of three months notice, in writing, prior to the renewal date. Failing such notice, the agreement shall renew for a further year and then subsequent years thereafter'

This is a very onerous condition especially as we have been a customer for 12 years.

CARE! before signing a service agreement with this company READ the T&Cs.

Con Artists

Absolutely disgraceful customer service that have not responded to recorded delivery mail informing them of our intension to cancel. They are not returning any of our calls or emails from June 2017 and have tried telling us we are tied for an extra 3 months contract after our year's contract has completed (apparently it's in the small print but we cannot find it). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as you have been warned by every person and company rating Angel Springs/ Water Logic on this site.

Waterlogic (previously Angel Springs) A rip-off con scheme

A rip-off con scheme. We cancelled after the service had deteriorated and prices increased. Now using Aqua Aid (cheaper, give money to charity, modern clean machine). Angel Springs try every trick; ignoring cancellation requests, saying you're in a contract, changing their name to trick you into thinking they're the new supplier, all friendly on the phone asking whoever answers how many bottles do you need then go nasty when you say no. They have a whole dept running to get customers back by deceit and force. If they put this effort into proactive customer service we wouldn't have changed in the first place.

Water Logic which has taken over from …

Water Logic which has taken over from Angel Springs Ltd is probably the worst company I've ever had experience of dealing with.

We asked to cancel the contract over 5 months ago, after several calls to try and cancel, we emailed them to let them know that since no one has returned our calls, the email we sent is the start of our cancellation, it was only then we had calls back from them, however we still choose to follow through with cancelling as by this time we had actually had enough of this joke of a company. They then informed us that we had another 6 months to go on our contract and would be charged until then, I've asked for them to provide a copy of the terms and conditions I've signed from 2012 apparently, which they have never sent despite several requests, they have then informed me that it was a verbal agreement, I've asked for the copies of the audio from the phone conversion which again they are saying they have and will send to me in the next few days, even though 2 weeks ago I requested the same thing and still haven't received this at all.

From March until July the water cooler has sat in our office, despite several calls for this to be collected, every call they promise the same thing, that someone will be in touch to collect it, you wait weeks and still nothing, even they send someone to clean the water cooler even after you have cancelled the contract. I contacted them again yesterday and explained that the water cooler is taking up space in our office and should no one collect it within the next week, it's going to be thrown away, which they said if it is we shall be charged for this.

Please for your own sanity avoid this company like the plague, they have no idea about customer service, they are just there to extract as much money as possible out of each customer and frustrate as many people along the way.

I am going to print out copies of the reviews from this company and circulate within our complex of offices as I know there are several other businesses which use this company, the word needs to be spread of how they treat every customer, the staff are rude and try to bully there way out of every situation by referring you to terms and conditions you apparently agreed to which is just a lie to keep you going and get every penny out of you.

Do what I did, cancel your direct debit from your bank account, do not let them take anymore money from you.

They can threaten legal action and court, they will not receive a penny out of us.

I will happily see them in court.

Angel springs

Absolutely horrible company with horrible customer service claim they are a 'charitable' company but yet they unknowingly tied my mum into a contract and take varying amounts of money out of her bank every month. When she tried to terminate the contract customer services said they wasn't willing to do it and even if she didn't have the cooler in her possesion "then we will still keep taking the money wether you like it or not" . A company run by bullies and employs bullies. Would strongly advise against using there products as they are a truly unpleasant, unhelpful company that will knowingly go behind your back.

had the water cooler for 2 years, i called 30 days before my renewal date and asked to cancel, they said they will be charging me another 13 months usage as you need to give 3 months notice to cancel. they wouldnt budge even though they have failed to deliver to me water and cups for the last 8 months which is why im canceling. awful company. complete con.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY When you try to cancel they threaten court action - we had a 3 year agreement which we paid up in full then cancelled on its completion

They said we had extended the agreement for another 3 years by not informing them in writing that we didn't wish to not do so, they had no supporting paperwork that said this was the case then threatened legal action

Angel Springs...CROOKED

Just like many others on this forum, I have been trying to cancel my contract fo the past 6 months because they had the audacity to send me a threatening letter because I had an outstanding balance of £23 after already paying £120 that month. They said that it was an 'automated letter', which threatened with a County Court appearance within a week. Then they accepted that this was not right but never apologised. A week later I got a threatening letter by their lawyer(after being with them for 3 years). I asked to cancel my contract which ends in 2 weeks and they gave me the spiel about a ROLLING CONTRACT and 90 days prior written letter. Are you kidding me...they want to tie me to a new yearly contract worth £210 without the current even being finished yet and without ever infirming me about a 90 day written termination. AVOID These CROOKS. They are unethical...
