Amanda is lovely overall a fab experience with this company from beginning to end
it started with us receiving a free trial of water in our office and well it was used daily and welcomed by everyone we highly recommend and it is for a great charity too even better

Since outset we have received poor customer service, deliveries never arrive on the day they specify. Continually chasing orders. No follow through.

I have to say that dealing with Amanda was very good. She was so nice and made things really easy. I was a bit torn as to whether or not to keep the cooler, but she explained everything and changed my way of thought.

Stay away from Company!!

Back in March I contacted someone RE cancelling. Someone was supposed to contact me back!! They never did.
I had to ring them. Again. And again, someone was supposed to ring me back. Again, they never did.
The Machine hasn’t been plugged in since March, we’ve had no water from them, we have just gone through the hottest summer we’ve had for ages with no water and they still charge me!
I just want it gone now. They have sent my outstanding balance to some Debt Company - totally unfair! All this time I’ve tried to get rid and cancel my contract I have grown a baby, that’s how long this farsade has been going on.
I am due to go on Maternity in 2 weeks and it’s still no nearer to be being sorted.

Well thank-you guys, massive pat on the back for your great Customer Service.

Can't even send a statement of accounts correctly.
5 times and still not got it!

Very harsh contract terms - you only have a brief period of time to withdraw from a year's renewal and if you miss this window they'll charge you for the whole year. Repeatedly chased for debts we don't believe we owe, wish I had never accepted their free trial. I would avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. Prices changed, charged for services not received and despite making complaints via various methods, charges and reminder letters keep being sent. Every time I call and finally get through after 30 minutes plus on hold, they accuse me of lying!

Something seems fraudulent or amiss - contacted by two different solicitors within a short time and the first informed me that they had received various complaints about Angel Springs/Waterlogic - their own client!

Avoid like the plague!

The latest request for cancellation and various queries has still not been responded to - 10 days later, and they still haven't collected their unused equipment.

Angel, now Waterlogic, has supplied us with bottled water and cooler services for more than 10 years. The service we have had has always been professional and courteous, and the very small number of issues we have had were resolved promptly and efficiently

We had a free 2 week trial but after less than a week we decided to join up. Customer services were really helpful and the process of joining was very easy. Recommend this company

from the moment i sent an email enquiring about their services they were extremely helpfull and speedy in contacting me. Zoey with was very clear and friendly about everything and how the contract would work. Answerd all my questions and set us up a contract with no fuss or complications at all. The product was then deliverd within a week of our conversation. The service i received was perfect.

Customer service is excellent and have a great variation of products to suit all needs.
Safeena was really helpful, setting up a site visit and then setting up a contract for us. Deliveries are prompt and reliable and the coolers look great in the clinic too.
I would highly recommend them!

Angel Springs donated 400 bottles of water for our charity 5k muddy obstacle run, Sunderland Scramble last month. It was hot and sunny on the day so the water went down a treat with all of the runners at the finish. We couldn't have put on the event without their support, they added great value and the communication before the event and delivery of the water was amazing!
