Day 2 test was excellent as we were able to drive to the location 11 miles away and received the result the following evening. For some reason the day 8 test had to be by post and was slower to get result and more expensive.

Good service. Got my results in time to travel.

We bought three tests and sent them off. We are still waiting for the results after 3 weeks.

No trouble doing our day 2 tests on-site on the Friday, results received Sunday morning. Would use Anglia DNA if required again for travel but would try and time it better as cheaper tests are available, we were unlucky and only had the most expensive option to purchase; when I know a friend got for half the price we paid.

Great service, fast delivery of the test kit and on time. Result came back fast too. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that price could be a bit cheaper comparing to what's available on the market.
However, overall, great job! :)

Super good place to buy from if you leave UK before you need the test so that the actual test is totally useless

Anglia walked my wife and me through the process after we received each of our test kits patiently and professionally. The whole situation of being abroad and needing Covid tests in order to get out of quarantine has great potential for anxiety but Anglia made the procedure worry-free.

I was in a rush and bought day2 a kit from them. After i found out that i also need one for day 8, but they don’t have day 8 only. I have asked for a refund for day 2 so i can buy what i needed. They said no.
I bought a kit from another company, and now as I am double vaccinated i wanted to use the day2 only kit, and of course I couldn’t because the reference code was use on a locator form already. I sent them an email, asking for another reference, they said they can’t do that, but I can buy a test from any other company and then use theirs. Honestly I don’t see the logic behind that.
Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend, they don’t really care about customers, just to sell their kits.

Depends on the person that will attend you, you either get an excellent service or a horrible one.
The "no refund" policy it is a big con, because in this moment where governments keep changing rules about quarantining and testing, test companies should allow refunds or change with different kits.
I choose the self swab on site because it was on sale when i booked it (23.99 quid), if I had to pay for the full price, I would have chosen a cheaper one. The place is quite far away from everything but if you enjoy cycling is a nice ride. The overall service is not great nor horrible, but when it comes to covid tests the only rule I follow is the cheapest price, in the end all tests are the same.

I did not get my day 8 test. Paid 120 pounds. Dissatisfied

We used the onsite testing followed by day8 at home, it was quick and efficient and cover careful.

Didn't even get my second 8 day result back and no notification. I paid 160 quid.

I got a reply just now which I can't reply to as I'm not on facebook and my test was about 6 weeks ago so what does it matter...I should get my money back though.

My test packs arrived on time as did the results but the price is much too high (tests for Days 2, 5 and 8).

I had a great experience, with my train rides from London- Norwich and return. The trains were very clean and not as a crowded.

Opinions could be different, my opinion about Anglia DNA is that they do a good job. We were greeted by nice and polite people I can not say anything bad about them.

Reliable service with fast results. However, the prices still need to be considered.

No problems at all with the Anglia DNA services but it seems I had to pay more than the advertised price; this seems to be the basis of various Covid test providers being delisted by the NHS.
Pleased to see this did not affect Anglia DNA but please keep your prices reasonable noting that for most of the rest of the world testing and vaccination are free.
