Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. My daughter booked a photo booth for my 50th Birthday. It barely worked on the evening ... was so slow. Took weeks and weeks to get my guest book back with photos and messages my lovely friends and family had written. Darren kept promising to send it and eventually after I called and texted on numerous times, he dropped it round with a Mr & Mrs cover!! He said it was temporary and he’d be sending the correct cover during the week. This was at the start of September. We have heard nothing back despite leaving messages, Darren just ignores. Would never use this company again.
