Sadly the necklace I ordered hasn’t arrived. Tracking number isn’t working and no reply to my email asking what’s happening with it.

Hi Joanne, Sorry to read your review, I can see your order was dispatched the day after you placed your order but appears to be running 2 days late from Royal Mail, I think this time of year they struggle to achieve their usual delivery times, huge apologies for that. Unfortunately as you did not choose a tracked service, the tracking number is a reference number which is only updated when delivery has been attempted. We did receive your email late on Sunday evening and we replied within 24 hours.
