Annie is a wonderful coach

Annie is a wonderful coach. She listens to what my needs are and creates a bespoke program to get me to my goals. Each month we make changes based on my progress and ever changing goals. I have more energy and strength now compared to when I was much younger. I am truly in the best shape of my life at 67. She also stresses the importance of nutrition and good daily habits. The app is top notch! 5 stars for sure.

Highly Recommend

I trained with Annie for three months and it was such a positive experience. She started by understanding my goals and created a home workout plan that suited me perfectly. As my fitness improved, I joined a gym and Annie adapted my program to match my level and the equipment available there. The monthly check-ins were really helpful. I now feel much more confident exercising and actually enjoy going to the gym. I’m really grateful for Annie’s support and guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable coach.

Life changing coaching with Annie

I first came across Annie completely by chance in 2024, when I listened to a podcast where she openly shared her personal journey with fitness, particularly around strength training and healthy eating during menopause. Her honesty and knowledge really struck a chord with me, so I looked her up on Instagram and was instantly blown away by her content. Not only does she look amazing, but her posts are full of practical, relatable advice that made me feel she could genuinely help me.

I decided to reach out, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over the past 12 months Annie has created a completely tailored strength training program and nutrition plan for me, guiding and supporting me every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, I’m now a stone and a half lighter, building muscle, and feeling stronger and more confident than I have in years.

Annie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and inspiring, but what sets her apart is how supportive, kind, and approachable she is. She truly cares about her clients’ progress and goes above and beyond to help them succeed.

I can’t recommend Annie highly enough , if you’re looking for someone to help you transform your health, fitness, and mindset, she’s the one to go to.

Annie is a Powerhouse!

Annie is Powerhouse! A powerhouse of inspiration, knowledge, support and encouragement…Walking the walk and talking the talk!
Down-to-earth and friendly she pours her passion in to her work and this shines through. She clearly truely cares about each and every one of her clients/members and this has meant a lot to me.
The programme is thorough and easy to follow with lots of tips and lessons for added value. I’ve been a member now for about 6 mths and have lost weight, toned and noticed a big difference in my strength and fitness.

Marion”s Review

At 52 and partway through menopause, I struggled with symptoms and felt lost in my fitness journey despite years of running and staying active. Eight weeks ago, I started training with Annie, combining strength training with her valuable nutrition advice. Cutting out sugar, increasing my protein, fibre, and water intake, and pushing beyond my comfort zone have transformed my body and mindset - I’ve lost over a stone, gained definition, and feel stronger, healthier, and more positive. My sleep, skin, and overall well-being have improved, and I couldn’t be happier. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!

Authentic, committed and passionate

I began training with Annie before COVID. This was a time when I was at my heaviest weight with no self-esteem and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I made for my health and well-being.

Her adaptability, whether we were training in person or virtually, kept me motivated and consistent, even when staying active felt difficult. Annie balances encouragement and accountability in a way that pushes you without ever making you feel overwhelmed.

With her guidance, she brings passion, positivity, and expertise to every session. I’ve not only improved my strength and fitness, but also built healthier habits that will stick with me for a lifetime.

Annie! A female PT who truly cares and make a difference



I’ve exercised for many years, both before and after pregnancy, and always thought I had a good handle on things—especially when it came to nutrition. I’m a vegetarian and always found it difficult to lose weight, often wondering why the scales never moved despite all my efforts.

Working with Annie has completely changed that. She’s taught me so much about proper nutrition, especially how to get enough protein without relying on fad shakes or unnecessary supplements. I’ve learned how to fuel my body properly, and the results speak for themselves—I’ve lost 10kg!

Not only do I feel fitter and stronger, but I’m also genuinely happier. Annie’s app is brilliant. Even if you think you know your way around weightlifting, the programmes she creates are so well thought out, challenging, and effective.

She’s always just a WhatsApp message away, offering guidance, motivation, and unwavering support. I can’t thank her enough for everything.

I just finished 5 months of 1:1…

I just finished 5 months of 1:1 coaching with Annie. Annie is a fabulous coach. I was a healthy eater before starting with Annie but she was able to fine tune my nutrition to maximize results and truly educated me for long term success. The workouts were amazing and she was always willing to tweak them for my goals. I originally signed up with Annie to help get me in shape to climb Kilimanjaro. I gained so much more though. Ultimately lost 5 lbs, gained muscle and defintion, and my clothes fit better than ever. Thanks Annie!

Excellent Personal Training

I started with Annie the beginning of January, reaching 50 in February, being mid menopause and having little faith in myself & a lack of clear direction in the gym.
Over the last few months I've followed her programmes which despite being challenging they're achievable and enjoyable, I have a better understanding of my protein intake and needs and am enjoying seeing the changes in my body.
Until this month I've never wanted to step on the scales at the gym as they're in such a visible place!!
I have however recently taken my readings from their scales for the last few check ins!
Thanks to Annie she has helped me to regain 'my self confidence' and been totally supportive with good advice, varied exercise plans and knowledgeable advice.

Hi Annie

Since starting the program in January you provided a strong foundation and I am grateful for all the knowledge you have imparted and feel equipped to continue my wellness journey. I am so blessed to have found you. Because of you I was able to lower my A1c which was my main goal. Also, I was on blood pressure medication and I’ve been of it for two months now and my blood pressure has been normal. In addition, I feel stronger and while I have a ways to go I’ve noticed muscle growth. Your training/nutrition plans and daily habits have been instrumental in all this. Thank you! ❤️

Phenomenal Training Program!


I began working with Annie 4 months ago. I was hesitant only because of the financial commitment, but I took the plunge. As a former personal trainer, I had never hired a personal trainer for myself. Once I began with Annie's program, I knew this was the right decision. Annie provides so much to help reach your goals; daily checkins, meal plans, several simplified cookbooks, daily health & wellness tips & inspiration, amazing personalized workouts WITH video instruction, weekly checkins, goal setting, personal encouragement and so much more!
I've seen a lot of programs come down the pike, but Annie's program is a rare gem! I can't say enough about it. Truly! If you're looking to make lifestyle changes for the better or simply need a reboot, Annie can help you! All the best!!💕
