Technically, they lied. But in a good way. They gave an assessment of the item I purchased - which I was totally happy with. But when I received the item, I found it to be in better condition than they described. Before I made the purchase I had questions - they were quick to respond. Once the purchase was made, they were quick to ship. Will buy from them again

Hermes Birkin 35 2019…
I bought the most amazing Hermes birkin from Ann's... A VERY hard to find color that was nearly brand new. Great price too! Received beautifully packaged along with a thoughtful "thank you" card. Unfortunately, it was a big too big for my petite frame and I regretfully had to send it back. Now I know, I am a Birkin 30 or 25 gal. Easy returns; return shipping label included in parcel. Great and trustworthy company. Moving forward, this will be my first go to shop when I'm on the hunt for luxury!
