Impossible to claim without ombudsman
Our issue was over a claim. The insurance underwriter were Euroins and both they and Annual Travel were appalling. In June 2024 we claimed for missed flights from USA due to thunderstorms. Initially they demanded repeat info to stuff we had already sent, then total silence. We went to the Ombudsman who also failed to get a response from them fir 9 monrhs of trying. Eventually 2 weeks ago the Ombudsman awarded us our money and compensation, in total all less than £2k ( it was the principle as much as anything) but 18 months of struggle after a stressful enough trip home. Havd heard they will pay but nit received it yet. Compare this to a missed port on a recent cruise where the insurance money from that insurer, was in our account within a week. Dreadful service. Multiple phonecalls repeating the same information time and time again before silence. I would never use again

Absolutely crazy price increase & took payment despite request to turn auto renew off previously
Absolutely crazy price increase £115 last year up to almost £200 this year! No claims & no medical history for husband & I.
On top of this they took the payment almost 2 weeks before renewal date. This despite me telling them over the phone last year that I did not want auto renewal on. They confirmed it was off, so why have they taken payment ?This is not the first time they have done this.
I am really annoyed that they have charged me for something I didn’t agree to, yet again. I await a swift refund!

No long wait for telephone being answered. Pleasant lady on phone answered my questions and dealt with renewal. All good. Been with them for many years
