Had to change card details
Had to change card details and ended up being charged twice, with old card details and with new ones. Sorted quickly when the mistake was pointed out but should never have happened

After reviewing our email system, we can see that you emailed us on 05/05/2026 regarding upgrading your policy. An agent replied on 13/05/2026 explaining that we would need to speak with you by phone, as payment details must be taken verbally for security reasons.
To upgrade your policy to include Mexico, please give us a call on +44 (0)333 355 0266, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. If it’s easier, we can also arrange a call back at a time that suits you, just let us know your preferred time.
We’re here to help and hope to resolve this for you soon.

Absolutely diabolical company should you have a claim. Very poor claims process, poor information and they will everything to delay and get out of paying anything. 3 months later I still don't have a settled claim.

Emailed the company to cancel the auto-renewal which they ignored and have charged me the insurance. Been with them since 2007.
An update.
So since ATI said they will arrange refund, there has been no refund to my account plus they have sent an email from their complaints department without the mail-merge fields being incomplete/unfilled.
Very poor service, and maybe grateful that I hadn't had to make a claim against the policy.

Very long wait on the phone
I haven’t just purchased a policy from you so not sure why I would get this email. However I did try calling for 2 days and the wait was unbelievably long. I requested call back but that didn’t happen so had to call the second day when I eventually got through.

I didn’t ask for auto renewal and can’t contact yourselves. Ridiculous
I’ve been trying to cancel this auto renewal for weeks and it’s literally impossible to get in contact with yourselves. Really poor customer service and I dread to think if I actually had a claim to make. I’ll be contacting my bank to cancel this and report it as fraudulent.
